ordered item over bank holiday weekend and amazed I received item on Tuesday after bank holiday Monday.
item as described and an absolute bargain. sold as used but no sign of usage at all and just over half the price of a new qi35 club.
will use again

I would not order from this company, my son ordered a driver from them, however when it came it was too small. He emailed to tell them and they said he could return it no problem at all, gave us the address to return it and now just ignores him and they have the club back but did not process a refund. It was his first time ordering himself and they are just ignoring him and myself and have kept his money.

Very Disappointed with Customer Support

I’ve been very disappointed with the level of customer support I received after a fault developed with my Bushnell Tour V5. What should have been a straightforward issue turned into a frustrating experience that took over a month to resolve. I had to send numerous emails just to get a response, and there was very little communication or urgency from their side. It felt like I was constantly chasing for updates. While the issue was eventually sorted, the lack of support and slow resolution has left a bad impression. I expected much better from a brand like JamGolf.

Bought new irons of this company and had a great experience . After a minor issue with the order , Matt from customer services was quick to react and resolved it . Great company

Come with a sleeve of Taylormade Golf balls! Didn’t advise the balls but they turned up anyway! Brilliant! Wish they were Pro v1s though😂

This company is terrific, this is the second order I have placed with them, my clubs arrived in good time even though it was a custom order.
I asked for details on delivery and the communication from a team member came quickly. also got a free sleeve of balls which was nice. I took the clubs on interest free credit and the whole process was very good. i would recommend them to anyone 👍

At the last minute, I ordered a set of golf clubs as an Xmas present for my dad. George was fantastic, checking with the warehouse whether I'd be able to get the clubs on time, and communicating with me throughout to make sure I did get them. They arrived the next day less than 24 hours later, just before Xmas! Because of JamGolf and esp George, it has made Xmas day unforgettable for our household so I cannot thank you all enough. Simply amazing customer service.

Made an order recently for some wedges and had problems at checkout (i.e. glitch in basket). Customer Services were great - very helpful and resolved the issue for me. Wedges arrived quicker than expected, very fairly priced and well packaged.

I've shopped here before yet this was a more holistic experience due to the small hiccup and it reinforced my perception that JamGolf are a very solid and dependable golf shop. I expect to return in the future. Many thanks!

Superfast delivery, best price on the net, a free gift, and the clubs I ordered completely exceeded my expectations. This is the only place I'll be ordering from in the future! I can highly recommend Jamgolf...you won't be disappointed.

My second purchase from Jam Golf and this time a big one, some custom built irons.
A slight delay in delivery due to manufacturer stock take but great communication along the way and really easy to speak with a person for updates.
Clubs arrived, very happy and thoroughly recommend.

Ive used Jam Golf many times over a few years. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Fantastic prices and offers and the service is top drawer. Shout out for Lars who has always been incredibly helpful!

My experience with all at Jam Golf has been excellent. I ordered a club incorrectly which was 100% my fault. I was able to return the club, get a full credit for the value and then purchased the club I meant to buy which was then delivered the next day. I really couldn't fault them in anyway.

I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to others

Very poor after sales. Custom fit order, 1st round with new driver & shaft snapped in tip. 9 months down the line & still no resolve. Emails say a replacement will be sent but still nothing. Phone calls say they have to speak to someone and will call back but never do. Better experience from clubhouse golf, Snainton & others.
