The flowers were shipped on Friday and…

The flowers were shipped on Friday and by Monday they were already wilted and looked close to dead. For flowers that are meant to be fresh and presentable, this is simply not a good experience.
I expected a better standard, especially given that flowers are often bought for special occasions and should last more than just a couple of days. The quality did not match expectations at all, unfortunately.

nowhere near as good as they were

nowhere near as good as they were. amazing how they have a premium product then get you to pay delivery. Website is confusing - you book valentines flowers then is unclear if you have to pay extra for a sat (14 Feb) delivery

Beautiful flowers

I ordered flowers the weekend of Mother's day. Narrowly missing the ordering deadline, Jane Packer kindly delivered the flowers next day. The flowers were beautiful and cheered the recipient up immensely who is experiencing a serious illness. Thank you Jane Packer x

Perfect Product, Poor Delivery

As always the flowers and hatbox were perfect but the experience was let down by the delivery. Despite being provided with the exact street address and house number, the delivery driver simply dropped the package over 100m away at a random building, Had I not been home (I work abroad), I would have had to inform my 86yo mother that she had to walk to her birthday present. Not ideal.

Disappointed and not the usual high standard

I frequently use Jane Packer and generally delighted but this time a number of the flowers were broken and all died within 2 days ..

Not the standard expected from such a premium florist

Jane Packer flowers just brilliant…

Jane Packer flowers are one of the most professional and high standard florists I’ve purchased from across multiple countries. Their service is attentive, responsive and great guidance. Their flowers are always good. On the one occasions I wasn’t quite happy with what they sent and contacted them to explain why, they dispatched a fresh arrangement the next day.
Highly recommend them

DPD Messed up big time dropping off…

DPD Messed up big time dropping off at a random works entrance not getting a signature for the person who it was supposed to be delivered to, and as a result it went missing, spoke to Jane Packer Customer Service and they said they would call personally and deliver the flowers next day, no charge. First class experience thank you so much! As a result ultra happy recipient and very happy sender.

There was a mix up over a birthday…

There was a mix up over a birthday delivery and I received some of the best customer service I have ever had! Real kind humans sorting out an issue. I'd recommend Jane Packer in a heartbeat!

No flowers delivered and no refund given

UPDATE: Refund has now been processed.

I ordered flowers for a very important business contact over two weeks ago, which were never delivered despite providing the correct address, confirmed by the corporate website, reception, and the recipient.

Customer service was initially helpful and tried to coordinate with the courier for a re-delivery. However, the reattempts were scheduled on days when my contact was not in, and even those attempts failed. This has been extremely embarrassing with my business contact, and I have now sent over 22 emails trying to resolve the issue. The problem lies with Jane Packer and the courier, and I do not understand why I should be out of pocket (over £100) for a failure that was not my fault.

Currently, I am without flowers, and it was suggested that I arrange a new order “at my expense,” which I find insulting. I expect a swift refund, but have yet to receive one.
