This is a very easy diet plan to follow. I live on my own since my husband died - he used to do all the cooking, and I miss having food prepared for me. So the Jane Plan was perfect for me. All I had to do was decide which of the many meals to choose, and pop it in the microwave! My only problem was the weight of the box every time it was delivered - but after the first one, the kind delivery guy brought it right into my kitchen for me. I have now lost 3st 3lbs - something I was never able to do following other diets. A great success

If I could rate at zero then I would. Shocking service, goods never delivered on time and always using excuse that signature needed but never had an issue with previous supplier. Customer service equally unhelpful. Will never use this company again

As this is a prescription medication, it is a legal requirement that parcels are signed for on delivery, which means our courier is unable to leave them unattended.
To make delivery more convenient, customers can request a weekend delivery or choose to have their parcel delivered to a local pick-up shop for collection at a time that suits them better.

A good start
Off to a good start by the second week. Breakfasts and lunches are my favourites. Even the Milkshakes are filling. Not needed to snack in between Janeplan meals. Feel much better not having bread and only a limited amount of rice and pasta. Plenty of meal choices for me.
Second month box due shortly.

We also have a Swap Up service, which allows you to return meals from a previous delivery and exchange them for alternatives you may prefer.

On my second delivery now and one stone lighter😊I’ve got a long way to
go but as I’ve got older I’ve found it increasingly hard to lose weight but this has up to now done the trick. A few things I wasn’t too keen on in the first box but have changed my order now. Small portions but very tasty in the main.?

I enjoyed the food
I enjoyed the food, but should have gone for a shorter subscription because I became bored with the meals and want to manage my own meals Having said that, I found the three months I was on the plan I was able to lose 21lbs and have a different appetite. I no longer want to comfort eat and crave healthy food!
I realised that cancelling early would cost me money, but I have my own reasons for stopping, but that was my decision.
When it came to cancelling, the team responded quickly and gave some other options. They then asked me to confirm my cancellation. The whole thing was dealt with promptly and in a friendly, polite way.
I would recommend the plan, but would also advise getting the trial first.

I had an issue with an unwanted substitution meal and fired off an email. An immediate response from Georgina
the Member Support Team Leader impressed me and the issue was quickly resolved.
It's easy to order and change meals online, and having the box of meals delivered by a reliable courier service which notifies delivery time is a bonus.

Disappointing
Sadly, my husband found all the meals tasteless and not at all pleasant. Soups were very bland and the dinner meals uninteresting and very processed. Definitely not worth the money. In fact, we ended up throwing most of it away.
