Dont bother
Chased twice just to be told they missed my order, was supposed to be a birthday present for a child but now wont arrive on time! Still hasn’t been dispatched as promised. Would never shop here again, at all!

No comms, late dispatch, blocked me on Insta for a genuine question
Had one or two orders that went well, though one took a bit longer than expected to be dispatched.
However, have now been waiting a week for a preorder to dispatch (after the date they said it would be). The company have been ignoring comments across their social media from customers asking about the item being dispatched, and they've not given any updates online.
I contacted them through their website and hadn't had a response for a few days, over their time given on the form.
They had been replying to comments on Instagram unrelated to the delayed item, so I replied to them there asking why queries were being ignored. Got brushed off with the social media and customer service teams being different. Went to reply to them again and it turns out that they blocked me!
Safe to say I'm not impressed with how they've handled themselves. I've spent hundreds with them so far but will be cancelling my open order and not going near them again.

We aim to respond to all customer communication within 2 business days. We can see you followed up on Saturday chasing a response, and we did actually respond to you on Sunday, outwith our business hours.
Unfortunately comments on social media isn’t the best way to reach out to us when it comes to an order update, and we did receive a lot of spam comments from yourself. Just to clarify, we didn’t block you on social media but we did hide your spam comments.
Our social media team did let you know the appropriate place to enquire for order queries and we responded to you in less than 1 business day.
We are sorry to see this misleading review.

Resealed Pokemon Packs & booster box
Resealed Pokemon, Japanese Dreams EX, multiple packs open, corners bent where resealing happened, loose resealed plastic on the box, there was a strong odour of glue when I took the plastic seal off.
Have bought from them before for yugioh & was happy with my order then, but to have spend over £100 and extra for speedy delivery to receive resealed packs is not okay, I'd avoid.
I am sadly, extremely disappointed.
I have reached out to get an immediate refund.
I sadly will not be buying from this company ever again.
