A wood not a weed
I was concerned to find this strange plant in my garden and there have not been any reports of Japanese knotweed in my area. I sometimes take cuttings from the wild but only from trees I have identified and I remember bringing a couple from Dogwood but thought they had failed.
I was very relieved by your prompt reply that it is not knotweed, and pleased by your suggestion that it could be Dogwood.
Thank you very much and I will mention your service at the next meeting of our local gardening club

Excellent service! They Identified an invasive plant that looks very similar to the dreaded Japanese Knotweed as Russian Vine after I contacted Japanese Knotweed Ltd a couple of days ago.
They were very helpful on the phone and they patiently waited for me to send them photos via email. The following day I had a reply. So quick!

Great communication
Great communication. I was so worried about a lot of plants multiplying near our house. They had red stems and leaves shaped like Japanese Knotweed. There was an established Knotweed plant that has been treated nearby. So I sent a picture and it was confirmed the same day that it was NOT Knotweed. I now have peace of mind. Great service. Thank you!
