Lazy, didn't respond to me for 8 days and essentially lost out on a chance to submit my resume for a job. If you're recruiters, shouldn't be so lazy with your responses.

I received a call from one recruiter and had a great chat with him. He referred me to his colleague Michael who called me in the afternoon (no email or scheduled call) and told me about a role I might be interested in. Within 3 hours of the end of that call, I received an email (with a job description that was not the same as the one he told me verbally), 3 phone calls, 2 texts from his work number, and 2 texts from his personal phone trying to really push this position on me. This was all during the workday, and it seemed there was no respect for my commitment to my current position. I can’t just take calls during work hours when I have meetings and there is no call scheduled. When I told him the discrepancy in job descriptions sounded an alarm to me, he told me that “it sounds like there are other reasons you don’t want to move forward.” Very rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend

6 people from the agency contacted me about the same job and then never heard from again. Not worth your time. So many better options out there
