I was initially skeptical about having an AI create content because I wanted to be sure that the content was not plagiarized or full of erroneous information. After using this platform, I was impressed at the ease of learning and quality of content produced!

Massive scam! Avoid! Said it’ll give me a free 5 day trial. Charged me £25 straight away and I can’t even get onto their website! No way to cancel! AVOID these scammers!

I've tried a bunch of the AI writing assistants out there, and simply put, Jasper is just the best. Although they are pricier than others, they're worth it, and I highly recommend giving them a try.

I'm a big fan of Jasper.ai! As a busy business owner, I don't always have the time to write high-quality copy for my marketing materials. But with Jasper.ai, that's no longer a problem. Compared to other alternative tools I tried, Jasper provides a combination of both the most powerful tools and the easiest learning curve to start taking advantage of them. I've found its writing to be closer to that of a human compared to other alternatives I tried.

Bait and switch.

Initially, we had signed up for what we believed to be a monthly subscription, as we only wished to test the service for a month and evaluate its functionality. We encountered several issues with the service, and it did not meet our expectations. At the time of checkout, the monthly subscription was advertised as costing $89.

However, when we received our billing statement, we discovered that we had been charged $990 for an entire year. We immediately reached out to the customer service team, explaining that we had only intended to use the service for a month, and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the response we received from the customer service team was quite disappointing. They refused to offer a refund, citing their policy, and only offered to cancel our account.

We felt that we had been misled and were left unsatisfied with the service provided by jasper.ai.

We find chatGPT much more useful, plus its free.

I recently tried out the Jasper Generative AI Tool and I'm impressed. It comes with over 50+ templates so you can quickly and easily create high-quality pieces of content without having to start from scratch. The new feature of Jasper Chat is especially helpful. It's like ChatGPT. You can ask it questions, and it actually responds with meaningful and relevant information that helps you get your point across better. And the ability to edit and assemble long-form content makes it a great tool for anyone looking to create detailed articles or blog posts quickly and easily. Overall, the Jasper Generative AI Tool is a great tool that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to produce quality content quickly and effortlessly.

I am so thankful to have found Jasper. They are like my secret co worker at this point!

I have been charged £590 x10 by jasper and put account on hold. I had conformation come through on the 14th Feb 10 x that transaction not gone through.Then guess what they charged 10 times! Also I got no email that they have charged me. Only came to know through American Express. Still Jasper system despite charging is continuing to ask me to purchase plans. I have had no end of pain with Jasper amd it's wasted hours of my time and cost me.£1000's which I am disputing.

I recently started using Jasper.ai, and I'm already finding it to be an invaluable resource. The extensive help files provided are very helpful - they make it easy to find answers to my questions quickly. Additionally, the community templates have been great for sparking ideas for use cases. It's also been really convenient that Jasper.ai provides frequent training so that I can stay up-to-date with the latest features of the product.

The one downside is that I get reminded quite often to review Jasper or share it with other colleagues - this can become a bit intrusive at times. I wish there was a way for me to use Jasper natively in apps instead of having to switch windows and lose context so often.

If I could leave a zero I would. absolute horrific customer service absolutely disgusting practice. Signed up for 5 day free trial. Messaged to cancel which was unsuccessful. They charged me the Year plan plus extra credits for a total of $600 to my surprise and when I try to get a refund they are just like no it's outside your free trial period. Even though there is evidence the account has not been used AT all nor their stupid credits since the free trial because the program itself is garbage and awful to use. What a ducking scam! AVOID At all costs.

Jasper has saved me so much time. I use it for blog and content creation, as well as to rework and rephrase content. It's been a game changer for me as I need to generate content pretty regularly.

Jasper and the Jasper.AI team was easy to understand and work with. The training was super informative and entertaining. We have been able to bust out content and blog posts with ease.

The team at Jasper is committed to making their product the best possible. They are always updating and improving Jasper. It's amazing how far they've come. It's a great product and I'd be lost without it.

Edit - It turns out that some of the staff do actually care about their customers.

Carissa Mallory reached out and more than resolved the issue and as a result, I have continued to use and pay for the product.

Good product but extremely poor customer service and product management...

I find it disgusting that you have to use the credits within the month, or you lose them, as I just discover when I was ill for 2 weeks and unable to log in.

If I pay for 50000 credits, I should be able to use 50000 credits, as that's what I paid for and I have paid over £150 in 3 months.

They simply don't care about their customers.

I will be questioning Jasper through the trades description act, as I feel that they are miss selling a product that has great potential.

I used to be a big fan of Jasper. Back when the Boss Mode Plus plan was around $60 per month with a 50,000-word limit, I thought it was an excellent tool. But the company’s business practices shifted right before ChatGPT became popular, and that is when I started seeing tactics that felt unethical.

First, they pushed users into yearly contracts at around $1,000 a year, knowing full well that free and cheaper alternatives were about to take over the market. Instead of honoring loyal customers, Jasper locked them in. When my subscription expired, I was not grandfathered into my old plan or pricing, even though I had been paying consistently before. On top of that, they began charging taxes incorrectly for the wrong state, and customers were not given a fair chance to update their billing information before those extra charges hit.

The pricing itself has only gotten worse. The same type of plan I once had is now much more expensive, with fewer benefits. Instead of rewarding loyalty, Jasper eliminated features and charged more. A prime example was the removal of dynamic templates, which had been a genuinely useful feature. They simply deleted it and tried to push a different, less functional replacement while increasing costs.

On top of that, Jasper stripped away many of the things that made the platform enjoyable, such as webinars, classes, and community sessions. These were some of the features that originally set them apart, and they disappeared right as the competition heated up.

All of these changes, including bait and switch pricing, removal of features, incorrect taxation, and the cancellation of community support, paint a picture of a company prioritizing short term profit over long term loyalty. I once gave Jasper a five star review, but now I believe their tactics are unfair and misleading. Customers deserve better.
