Wow stay away
Wow. If I'd only read the reviews first. For starters good luck getting in touch with a person and then when you do good luck getting a straight answer or a quick answer. I order online all the time and I have never had a more difficult time making a simple return. DO NOT ORDER from Jasper Conran. You will waste time energy and money. And as a random aside they sent my order to my son at his address rather than to mine. I have NO idea how or why they did that.

If I could give no stars I would. For a supposed premium service the returns process was flawed and additional stress at a stressful time (the dress was for my Mum's funeral hence why I needed two sizes as I wouldn't have had time to exchange).
I knew I had to pay the postage for my return but when I went to the portal they then mentioned what looked like a further £5.50 "return fee". This was not in the T&Cs (and I have a screenshot to prove it).
The Customer Service team initially ignored my point and just kept parroting the same incorrect T&Cs. In the course of my discussion with them Jasper Conran actually updated the T&Cs to mention the £5.50 but didn't even have the courtesy to reply to me following that update to say thank you for pointing it out or apologise for the inconvenience.
As someone else mentioned having to go to limited DHL outlets (I had to pay to park in town) was also a pain.
There is reason this brand has 2 stars for service - stay away.
Give them a miss...buy elsewhere
Order arrived in huge box with a tiny bit of tissue paper covering, no protection if the box got wet or bashed. Dress itself was of poor quality material, weird sizing or bad sewing...and returns procedure terrible...they charge handsomely for returns and make it inconvenient by limited stores/places you can return it to!

I've ordered 2 purses from your actual website and have had to return both and just had the 3rd sent out and what a surprise the little popper that does the purse up has broken again,this is clearly a fault with this particular purse and will have to return this one.
As a brand that is not cheap I expected better quality but was clearly wrong

I ordered a dress and at the moment of my order there were at least 3 pieces in stock. I asked for my tracking number after 4 days and I received a reply where they informed me that the dress is now out of stock and they can't ship it to me, so it means that they sold my dress to someone else. Not even an apology.
Customer service is non-existent
I had been waiting over a month for a duvet cover to come back in stock, but the main issue was the matching pillow cases (which they do definitely make!) aren't even listed anywhere to buy on their site!
I decided to email their customer service and ask if they might know when it'll be back in stock, but more importantly how I could order the matching pillow cases, because there'd be no point getting the duvet cover without them.
Three weeks later, I've had absolutely no reply.
It seems their customer service is non-existent, so I would stay clear of actually ordering anything from their site. This is appalling service from a name such as Jasper Conran.

Very poor customer services l bought a bag on 27 November l waited and waited for the bag until l travelled on 6th December l came back on 27 December no email on anything from them. Now l received an email saying we can’t do anything because you did not contact us 14 days from 27 November l paid for fast delivery because l knew l was travelling but it never arrived. Frightful company don't buy
Frightful company don't buy. I bought a 250 pound dress that looked awful and on me so I returned it at my own expense. Despite several emails to customer services after 3 weeks I have not received a refund or indeed response. I have pointed out that I am over 80 years old and I'm finding it very stressful being out of pocket for this amount but still no response. I am going to take the matter further but will never buy from this company again. You are warned.since writing this customer services have rectified my return but what a pity they didn't respond sooner and saved much grief.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Sent my parcel containing 2 dresses (and you can guess the kind of price) via Yodel who tossed it into a nearby house driveway at 9pm in the evening where it lay in the rain until the following morning. As leave with a neighbour or in a safe place wasn't an allowable option due to the value of the parcel, I immediately contacted Jasper Conran customer services for their advice. Three days later still waiting for some kind of response. I would never ever buy anything from them again. I am returning my entire order - which as others have noted is not free!

Dresses were nice but I returned two out of the three. No returns label in the box but instructions to ‘print off’ the address, assuming that we all have access to a printer. The dresses, although folded small, were sent in a huge box and this, plus the cost of insuring the parcel to cover the contents, meant that return postage was almost £12. The parcel also can only be returned via the post office. These are not cheap dresses at £200 each and frankly at this price I don’t think customers should have to pay for returns, especially when they can’t even include a label. Would absolutely not buy again.

I learned from past experience.I bought a beautiful white dressing gown very very thick in there sale reduced by £80 and it is the best one I've ever owned I'm a 16 but bought size 20 to be on safe side it is a bit big but is so cosy and warm it washes great and does not loose it's shape or fade.
Duvet and pillow set very uncomfortable!
I bought a yellow linen duvet and pillow set online from Debenhams. I saved opening it (which was a mistake) It was incredibly poor quality and scratchy to the skin. This is a substandard article and not suitable for use and not cheap. Very disappointed and now too late to return. Do beware.
Jasper Conran jeans label fading already
I bought Jasper Conran jeans and after 2 washes the label on the back has already shown fading. The jeans are comfortable though. I have some cheap jeans also which I have had for years and there is no fading on that label ! I suggest the way the label is made is looked into.
