I bought a necklace which was expensive for what it was, after 3 wears the paint/coating on it had flaked off. Contacted Javelin via Instagram DM and was asked for my phone number to process a refund. I should have taken it, but since I loved the shop I asked for store credit instead intending to spend more money there. Months and months of me asking if someone could contact me went by, messages read and ignored. I won’t shop at Javelin again, online or in store.

Cancelled my order due to stock issues, very poor

Appalling refund policy, will only do exchanges or credit notes, no matter how soon you change your mind. Do you need any other reason to go elsewhere (although there are plenty)? Don't think John Lewis are worried just yet.
