These guys need to get their act together! Ordered four items which was followed by email order confirmation receipt. A week later had not received any further communications therefore emailed them asking for an order update. Replied quickly stating that they had recently emailed me (email not copied to me) stating one of the four items was not available and would I like refund for the one item. I couldn’t find their email to me but I replied agreeing to the refund. A refund was subsequently given and also a Shopify link confirming the amended order. Six days later I received another email from them indicating they were refunding the remaining three items (refund later received) but gave no reason as to why. I couldn't be bothered to reply. I can only assume they were out of stock but who knows as the same items are still for sale on their website with no indication of a stock issue. A waste of my time shopping with them and damn annoying being so close to Xmas. 👎👎👎

I ordered a glass clock which was out of stock and unfortunately the website hadn't updated. They refunded my money immediately and offered me free postage on any other product. At this time there was nothing else I wanted. A couple of months later I ordered a different clock but again it was out of stock and the website hadn't been updated. The money hadn't left my account so the order was voided. About a week later I tried again as I thought 3rd time lucky. I ordered yet another glass clock and a stunning retro lamp, both were delivered very quickly and look fantastic. They are both very good quality and were packaged very very well. I will use this company again.

I purchased a clock that was unsuitable for sale
The white coated decor to the back of the clock was patchy, unfinished and unsightly
My request for a refund was granted, however, the company failed to refund the return of postage as they had agreed, and when I messaged them on three occasions to remind them of their obligation, my messages were ignored
This is not a company that I would recommend

I was concerned this company was not legit given how cheap the item I ordered was in comparison with other websites. However it's arrived today, and also arrived very quickly! Heading back to the website now to order more!

Had never heard of this company, but was searching for a wall mounted toy! They had the exact one I wanted, and at a superb price! Low postage, swift delivery!! I’ll use them again!

Shopped for some hand blown glass bird ornaments. Hadn't heard of company before but was exceptionally pleased with quality of birds and speed of delivery. Came very well wrapped and protected, would recommend company. Communication good also.

Ordered a wall clock for my kitchen. It is exceptional quality for the money. And the prices paid was so much cheaper than any other sites that I’d looked at. Delivery was very quick and well packaged.

I am so very pleased with my purchases. They were delivered quickly, in good packaging to avoid breakages and are just as they were described. This is the first time I've used this company and will certainly do so again.
