Purchased an LED cat collar to keep my escape artist a little safer from passing cars or lawn equipment.
It was a kids party toy rigged to "appear" to be a collar. I would never put that thing around any animal's neck. It was just a hoop; sure to catch very easily in the surrounding woods.
Sent them a chat. No response. Much later, an email saying theyre too busy for chat.
No refunds unless I prove in advance it was damaged.
