Shocking delivery - avoid
Took 3+ months from order through to delivery which directly cost us an additional £10.4K on just 30 doors (interest and default payments with the lender) due to additional delay on a scheme. Clearly we wouldn’t have bought the doors had we have known how long it would take to deliver. In future we would choose a supplier who has stock in the UK and can confirm delivery date upfront - lesson learnt!

We are sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience purchasing our doors through an online retailer.
We have investigated and can confirm that we did inform your retailer that there would be an extended lead time on some of the doors and this should have been relayed back to you. Your retailer requested a split delivery (i.e. the doors in stock should be delivered first, followed by the outstanding doors at a later date).
If this wasn’t the case, then we advise to please contact your retailer to raise this query with them directly.

Damaged door on delivery and poor after sales
We ordered 9 JB Kind doors through Door Superstore but unfortunately one was damaged. The delivery driver made a note of it and took the door back and said he would contact head office. I also messaged Door Superstore with all the details and photo of the damaged door but haven’t had any reply or acknowledgment. We are now held up with our extension waiting for the door and have no idea when a replacement will be sent.

Quality doors
Quality doors, good service and good communication from the driver. I've been a carpenter for nearly 20 years and bought these for my own house. I will definitely point future customers towards JB kind. Not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for.

Buildworld Delivered wrong door
Placed order via Buildworld for 3 doors. Two were correct width but the third was too wide and did not match the order. Unfortunately we didn’t check within 14 days so Buildworld refused to accept any responsibility or pay any compensation. Had to order a new door with £48 delivery charges and they refused to refund even the delivery charge.
