False Advertising for BBQ Clean

I was extremely unhappy with my BBQ and requested a full refund.

I basically only got the plates and internals cleaned and one plate is only clean and useable on one side the otherside still had surface rust which I was able to remove myself.

Their website leads you to believe that they will leave the bbq looking as good as new, this is false advertising and other than the partial clean of my plates/grill my bbq looks no better.

When you make the booking online they make you pay in advance - this is why.

I have emailed them twice with no response.

I do not recommend this company to anyone they do not do what they advertise.
