Doesn't seem like it would make much difference , but this is great for stirring , tasting and serving . Recommend

I can't really explain why but this is the spoon I reach for every time, among many high-end spoons I own. I've been cooking daily for 50 years and this is the best utensil I've owned. It's the perfect size and weight. I have the slotted one also and love it just as much.

You can only be sure you're getting the true Gray Kuna spoon here. Don't be fooled by the Amazon offerings. This excellent little work horse is great for a variety of saucing and plating tasks & I love how the angle keeps my fingers out of the food! I reach for this little work horse every time I prepare a meal. It's a pleasure to work with!!
