I placed an order and got a confirmation on the website, that the order has been placed. I also got an order Number.
The product has been payed via credit card.
As 10 days later there was still no sign that the order would be confirmed via mail, I tried contacting the company but didn't get any response.
Maybe it's because I'm not from America but from Europe. But if that obviously doesn't work that good, they shouldn't offer worldwide shipping.
But the worst part was that I did a whole lot of research on what product to buy on their website and all the prices were in Euros. So far so good but it was only at the checkout, that I realized, that it was no company that also ships from a european country. So for an item that costed 505€ they billed an extra 182€ just for shipping!!!
