He took the money and never came to do the repair . He gave us first excuses and then started insulting us when we wanted a refund.
Do not hire him!!

DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING FROM JCCAR PARTS ND WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE 127.45 FOR INJECTORS AND RECIEVED NOTHING &COULD NOT GOET ANY REPLY AFTER 4 MESSAGES

I had a very disappointing experience with JC Automotive. Communication was poor, and I felt that promises made were not fulfilled. The process took much longer than expected, and I was left frustrated by the lack of updates and customer support. I expected a more professional and transparent service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and hope they improve their communication, honesty, and overall customer care.

Don't buy anything manager rude and fraudulent

Recently took my Land Rover Discovery 5 to JC for a coolant leak and air suspension issue. Great guys who clearly know their Land Rovers. Very efficient turnaround, I needed the car quickly for a long drive abroad and they were great. Friendly service, didn’t have to chase as they kept me updated. Will certainly be returning. Thanks guys.

Had a really fantastic experience with these guys, I picked up my car today and the chap was extremely thorough and helpful, he talked me through absolutely everything and took the time to even help me connect my phone... I cannot remember his name but he was so professional and kind and I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in need of a new car.

I took my little motorhome “Merlot” in for a full diagnostic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had a new battery fitted and Josh helped me with installing a battery charge indicator The team was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and everything was explained in an honest and easy-to-understand way. It’s great to find a business that’s both skilled and genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended! Thank you Josh.

I have taken my vehicle here on
3 occasions now ,to be serviced / warranty and to have a safety report done. I can honestly say it is the best friendliest and comprehensive service and report I’ve ever had.
I’m 64 years of age and I’ve owned over 10 vehicles in my time and I’ve never had better personalise friendly and accurate Service ever in the past.
I highly recommend JC and his staff and I can confirm their prices are the best I have ever encountered ,or service of a vehicle and anything else related to the upkeep of your motor vehicle five ⭐️.

Really poor quality paintwork and part of the damage had been missed so clearly had not been quality checked before sending the vehicle out of the workshop. Delayed getting the vehicle back by a week.
Customer support really poor, I still have not had an apology for this episode.
I had to go back as I found an issue 6 months later and was completely dismissed, not even interested in looking at the issue although was told all repairs were warrantied for 12 months.

Was recommended JC automotive by Swift motors. Had an unfortunate bump with a wall mounted air conditioning unit in my Q5! The whole experience was easy and friendly and the repair was excellent. All at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Many thanks.

Good old customer service and very reliable, they have looked after my family’s cars for 10 years now and never had a problem
