Good company to do business with. The items I purchased were exactly what I required and good quality. Although there was an IP67 gland missing from one of the products, a replacement was dispatched very speedily which I received a couple of days later. Well done guys.

Item had a major feature that was not described or visible on the web page
I ordered 3 x 16A 3 Pin Wall Mounted Socket IP67. The item that arrived had a large hole at the top that was not described on the item web page and was not visible in the photo. This hole severely limited the use of socket. JC Electrics should either:
- properly describe the items they are selling, or
- also provide a M25 Plastic plug / Stop End to block this hole to IP67 level.

I ordered a camping hook up cable for our upcoming weekend away. Took a few days to arrive. We'll packaged and an excellent price compared to others I had seen. Arrived with safety check sticker.
