Visited Mercedes Jct600 in York this morning for some work to be completed on my car. Whoever the younge lady receptionist was , she is seriously in need of some training on Customer service skills, her attutide is appauling to say the least .Certainly dosent portray the Mercedes Brand that you aim to promote.

We have used vw vans for 20 years - but no more. Largely due to the absolutely shocking service from jct600 who took over West Yorkshire Van Centre. The service department is beyond a joke with works delayed no return phone calls and excuses so ridiculous they are laughable. Well done jct600 - it's taken you a couple of years to drive us away to Ford

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing my Audi Q3, and I cannot say enough great things about Tony Mitchell. From start to finish, Tony was nothing short of amazing.
From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and completely at ease. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answered every single question with patience and honesty, and never once made me feel pressured. His knowledge of the Audi Q3 was outstanding — he walked me through every feature, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I was confident and excited about my decision.
What truly stood out was his professionalism and genuine care. Tony didn’t just “sell me a car” — he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He kept me updated throughout the process, handled everything efficiently, and ensured delivery day was smooth and special.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond for their customers, Tony Mitchell is your person. I absolutely love my Q3, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional service he provided. Five stars all the way!

Took our car with a engine management light in boston audi. Paid £150 for a diagnostic check. Was told it needed a g648 sensor and was quoted £480.60 to do it. I wanted a second opinion so got the car back and had a diagnostic check done by a audi master technician. He said nothing wrong with the sensor and all that needed doing was a glow plug replacing which is causing an engine management light and stopping the car from regeneration of the exhaust system. Very poor from jct600 boston audi. Do not take any car here

Trying to talk to Audi Sheffield about loss of connection to the app in my Audi Q4. Called 6 times over a week and each time told somebody would call me back. Why would you even insult a customer by taking their contact details and then not even bothering to make contact. It's pretty much as bad as customer service can be. My company spent £65000 on this car and due a change next year. Will see what BMW and Mercedes have to offer.

Had a poor service at the York branch. After our car had been returned (faulty actuator), my driver side door opened without warning whilst manoeuvring in a car park. This is despite a conversation about this recall fault being discussed during the initial booking call. Unsafe and poor customer service.

Really unreliable company. Had our Peugeot 5008 6 days and an engine fault came on. No rush to collect the car, no courtesy car given or even offered. Had to call them daily and sometimes they don’t even answer. Said they drove our car everyday when in the garage and could find no fault. Have given us the car back & after driving for less than an hour the engine light comes back on. 30 day warranty was tried to be breached so we would have to pay for a car we haven’t even had for more than 6 days. Really poor and will not be using them again and neither will the people I know.

Outstanding service from John, I was looking for a Golf R-line for some time when I came across JCT600 Boston,I gave them a call and went over some details explaining I live in London and could I get a video of the car and wanted any marks to be pointed out to help make a decision on whether to view in person. John did the video and I have to say it was great , my mind was set and put a deposit down to view the following weekend. On arrival the car was well prepped waiting to be test drove which of course I did and was an easy decision to purchase the car. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Moved from Mercedes Leeds to Mercededs Harrogate recently due to:
1) long waits for servicing
2) lack of response to feedback
3) poor sales staff
4) over priced minor servicing
5) appauling management
6) prmocies of "free valet" which never materialised or was terribly executed
Then went to Mercedes Harrogate under JCR600
and it was exactly the SAME!!!

Purchased a van from JCT600 recently along with delivery by transport, twice this was delayed and no one contacted me to let me know until later in the day, third time lucky delivered at 5.30pm so to dark to check over!!
Now I find that it should have been serviced as they’ve sent me an email saying service due!
I’d think long about using this company before purchasing,

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with JCT600 Castleford that I feel others should be aware of.
I found a BMW 530d Touring on AutoTrader and called to check availability. I spoke to Mandy on Sunday afternoon, who confirmed the car was available and sent me a video of it. I was happy to proceed and planned to travel down on Monday to buy the car, assuming everything was as described.
I provided my car details for part exchange and specifically asked if the BMW could be reserved. Mandy told me it was not possible to reserve the car in the system because someone previously had reserved it and disappeared — however, she assured me multiple times that the car was reserved under my name.
On Monday morning, Mandy called with a part-exchange valuation. The offer was low, so I explained I would sell my car to Webuyanycar instead and then buy the BMW outright. Before doing this, I again asked if the BMW was definitely reserved for me, and once again I was told clearly that the car was mine.
Based on this assurance, I:
Bought a train ticket from London to Castleford
Drove to Webuyanycar to sell my vehicle
When I was literally 200 metres away from Webuyanycar, I received a phone call — not from Mandy, but from her manager (I believe his name was Ryan). He asked if I had sold my car yet and then told me not to sell it, saying there had been “confusion” and that someone else had reserved the BMW the night before.
This completely contradicted everything I had been told previously. After being asked to wait for an update, I later found out the BMW had already been sold to someone else.
I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. This situation could have left me without a car, and it only didn’t because of luck. I later received a message saying they would refund my train ticket, but several days later I still have not received the money.
A few days after that, the manager called again saying the BMW was “back for sale” because the buyer supposedly couldn’t afford insurance — which did nothing to rebuild trust after the way this was handled.
Overall, this was very poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional handling of a serious purchase. I travelled, spent money, and made decisions based entirely on assurances that turned out not to be true.
I would strongly advise anyone dealing with this dealership to get everything confirmed in writing and not rely on verbal promises.

I purchased a used Lexus from this dealership for £24,000. My concerns relate to the condition of the vehicle at handover, the information provided by staff, and the standard of after-sales support.
After returning home, I discovered that the vehicle was missing a parcel shelf. I contacted the dealership immediately and was advised by a member of staff that they would attempt to locate the missing item and, if unsuccessful, would arrange a replacement. Two days later, I was informed that the parcel shelf would not be provided, on the basis that it did not come with the vehicle.
I subsequently raised this issue with the manager, who stated that because the vehicle was used, the dealership was not obliged to supply the parcel shelf. This position conflicted with the earlier assurance given by another member of staff.
The vehicle was also handed over without a radio security code. I was instructed to attend a Lexus dealership myself to resolve this matter, which Lexus subsequently did. This issue was not addressed by the selling dealer prior to handover.
Furthermore, the vehicle failed to start the following day, requiring assistance from the AA. Experiencing a breakdown within 24 hours of purchase raised concerns regarding the checks and preparation carried out before the vehicle was sold.
Following completion of the sale, I found the level of assistance provided to be limited, with outstanding issues not actively supported by the dealership. Given the purchase price, I consider that the overall standard of service and vehicle preparation did not meet what a customer would reasonably expect.
Based on my experience, I would not choose to use this dealership again.

Overall I got a decent deal for a new ID4 and the service from admin staff was good. However, I was very disappointed with the Salesman Mark Thornes. Mark was very responsive before the sale, but after that there was absolutely no response - dropped me like a lead balloon. Mark is not really interested in Customer Service. I won’t be approaching JCT600 again for my next new car.

I've bought a Volvo XC90 from Ronnie who couldn't do enough for me. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process from start to finish. There has been a slight issue after picking the car up and again, the after sales service I have received from Joe has been impeccable. Thanks guys.

The whole organisation is full of crooks, thieves and liars. JCT600 Boston. Not an ounce of integrity between them. Purposely sold us a car they knew wasn’t fit for purpose, lied and refused to reject it even after it caused a crash, told me to keep driving it with young children despite an urgent warning light saying ‘pull over immediately’. After finally getting it rejected and recalled (because I went above them when they told me they couldn’t help) refused to pay funds back for over a month, didn’t pay the full settlement despite having the car for 2 months, leading to credit rating consequences that we are now still trying to fix. Rude, sarcastic people who found it highly amusing upsetting customers and shouting down the phone. Thankfully all evidenced and will be taking it further. 2 years from hell with a broken car, no doubt they will put it back up for sale as well. Worst ever place avoid at absolutely all costs..
I recently bought a car from JCT600 VW Hull and had a few initial issues. While the start wasn't ideal, the way the team handled it has been spot on.
Dan and the rest of the team were very professional. They agreed to a resolution quickly and arranged for the work to be done at my local VW branch for my convenience. I’d also like to thank the Head of Business at Hull; it’s clear that looking after customers is a priority there from the top down.
It’s rare to get this level of after-sales care. It’s given me a lot of confidence in the dealership and I really appreciate them turning a difficult start into a positive outcome.
UPDATE:
I want to leave a follow-up review for Scott Philips (Sales Manager) to thank him for his professionalism and dedication in resolving my concerns. Scott took full ownership of the situation, ensuring a fair and quick resolution that completely restored my confidence in JCT600 VW Hull.

Brand new ID 4 delivered to home with drive failure error on dashboard. Contacted broker who advised they would get JCT600 to call but no response from them. Broker advised to contact VW UK who recovered vehicle to local dealer. Vehicle is off road with no ETA for fix due to back ordered part.
Multiple attempts to contact JCT600 but number provided on documentation is for an Audi dealer who do not deal with this vehicle. They provided an alternative number, called and was advised someone would call back but no response.
Given up as now been almost a week, money taken out of account by VWFS for a vehicle I don't have with no ETA or contract from JCT600 to resolve.
Update - finally had contact from JCT600 on the back of this review. They informed me that, in their opinion, the vehicle was handed over and accepted by me so not their problem even though the ECU error shows the fault occurred before handover. Over a month now since delivery, paying out for a vehicle that I have never had and no support from JCT600 - don't be taken in by their offer of resolution replies here, they are just hot air.

Warning warning warning to all of you are thinking about buying a car from Jct 600 any dealers. I've just been ripped off I bought a car for £19,000 and silly me I thought been a big dealer with Kia I thought I could fully trust.
Damp carpets still not sorted out two front tyres need replacing even though salesman says nothing wrong with them then went in for a health check the engineer said needs new tyers. Quoted £1,1050 for new carpets
Got the car home for the first time in my horror the engine bay was ridiculously covered in mud and clay the manager says car cleaners don't clean anything under the bonnet as it's too fragile and giggled carpet still damp. And don't try and complain you will not find any email address for the CEO or area managers as every email I've found just bouncess back my warning to you is if you go and buy a car from any jct600 in the UK take with you green flag, the aa or rac professional engineers for a small fee it's best you do this rather than loosing thousands of pounds or just go somewhere else be warned warned warned

We had an excellent experience at JCT600 Mercedes-Benz Doncaster thanks to Carl. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions clearly, and never made us feel pressured at any point.
Carl kept us well informed throughout the whole process and made everything feel smooth and straightforward. His customer service was first-class and really made the experience enjoyable. We are delighted with our car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carl to anyone looking for a Mercedes. A real credit to the dealership. And Jct 600 Doncaster are also highly recommended by us.
