Tara was very understanding about changing everything when I explained to her that my husband had passed away, so the insurance is being transferred over to my name so we can keep it on the truck. She was very helpful. She advised me I needed to send pictures which I will do as soon as my daughter comes down and can help me do that thank you.

Policy issue but the salesperson was able to work through it.
There was an issue with the policy for our old fire truck. Spencer Stalcup was able to work through those issues and was able to issue a policy for our fire truck. Spencer was truly helpful and understanding. I appreciated his help in this matter.
