Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. They completely blow you off and refuse to respond once they have your money. I have repeatedly reached out to get my issues resolved, but they completely ignore all of my messages and calls. Because of their deceptive practices, I have now escalated this by filing formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney General. Buyers beware—if you have a problem after driving off the lot, you are on your own. They limit your choice of vehicle and take advantage of desperation with their predatory sales practices. BEWARE.

Vanity of extortion.

I am an exotic car dealer and I am exposing this company after a friends daughter came to me for help. The level of accountability this company worked under was appalling. They even hung up the phone on me after being confronted.

CNAC is a shell company financer for J.D. Byrider. They intentionally structured this company to extort money long term from anyone in hard times or not very knowledgeable in automobiles. This way their dealership name is never in question or legally exposed.

The catch being we will finance anyone today and not show KBB/NADA of the vehicle. Under the notion, the sales team is selling the car at its market value as they tell the customer. (Buyer beware) But at some point, you have a moral obligation to running a business.

This dealer is so bad they would not even discuss the price of a vehicle before running the customers credit. Then they come up with a price they want to finance you at and tell the customer what cars they could potentially purchase.

They sold a $3k car at $13,800 then push a short-term loan on at 22% essentially selling the car for $18,848.

This is probably the most scandalous company I have ever come across in all my years of owning a dealership.

Joe was awesome

Joe was awesome!

My bf and I came in, really just trying to see if we'd even get approved as he hadn't had his job for very long. We just really needed a 2nd car. Joe was incredibly helpful. He didn't get our hopes up for getting approved and laid all the rules/regulations out in a very easy to understand way. We walked out of there with a 2nd car, that was honestly, my dream car. All in all great place to get a car if you have credit that needs help.

Joe was absolutely amazing

Joe was absolutely amazing. He kept helping and fighting to get me what I wanted/ needed. Highly recommend going to him if you’re looking for a car. A few cars definitely weren’t the price but we found one that I was able to afford and one that i LOVED.

Not real happy!

The value of the car I purchased was much lower than the price I was given. I subsequently bought the car. The three cars I have purchased previous to this were valued fairly! The vehicle I purchased was 3 to 4 thousand dollars more than the Blue Book value. I did not do my due diligence on this vehicle. I automatically assumed that J.D. Byrider would not try to gouge me! They did. When I got home, the day of the purchase I found out what the price should have been. Not really sure what my options are?!

Greg the salesman was very courteous and bent over backwards to work with me. He gave me a great deal within my budget. I can't say enough good things about this company and staff.
