Chris Coto was the best. Did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted. Even stayed after hours to make sure. Was polite and honest. If you need a vehicle go see Chris you will not regret it.

oh yeah, they will sell you a car, but then, you better not question anything. Management will drag you along then yell at you and ban you from ever coming in again. Mechanic threatens physical harm to handicapped people, has a temper that is dangerous to customers. I have had my car for 2 years, wish I would have bought ANYWHERE but here.
Choose wisely, there are other companies that can serve/help you better.
My experience sucks these people make u appointments and sont keep them the woman that makes the app needs a new proffession.
I have had an awesome experience with J.D. Byrider… My credit was not a happy camper and I really needed a reliable set of wheels as well a company that would look out for my interests long-term and help me to rebuild my credit. That has been my experience so far since May of 2018 when I made the purchase. Chris Coto was my sales rep and was very honest and thorough with me. I also once had an issue with the car and was stuck in Orlando. Another agent named Philip helped with this as if it were his responsibility. That's rare for a car dealership! Thanks J.D. Byrider!

When I contacted Jd Byrider I was a bit skeptical, because I had been receiving false hope at so many other dealerships before. I ended up calling the Port Richey location and Chris Coto answered my call. Long story short he went above & beyond to be sure my family and I drove off the lot with a vehicle. He was very compassionate and the process was very smooth compared to what I was expecting. I had a repo on my credit, but he was able to get us approved. I am so happy!!! For anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle give Chris a call. He is “The BEST!!!”
