The worst decision i made in my life was trusting them but i guess it was my fault they knew i needed a car badly and that this was my very first car Purchase/finance, and with barely anything to put down ($300), Which i was made to feel bad about even though they We're advertising the "you only need $100/down" deal and that's what drew me to them. I had "fair" credit at the time and employment. I got a 2014 Chevy captiva within the first 6 months of having the car the engine blew, Luckily I had a warranty and covered it, and in another year and a half and a blew again. My payments were $205/weekly $411/monthly plus $88/monthly for partial car insurance and another $200 to another insurance company to add up to full insurance for a car i couldnt drive. Mind you i was over paying that car is only worth about 10,000 and i owed about $20,000 at the end of it... A very expensive lesson I had to learn because Heartless opportunist like the people that work here. PLEASE DO NOT BUY/ FINANCE FROM THEM. I also was Pushed by the car salesman to write a good review right then and there.

Thank you to can’t and John at jd by rider they made my purchasing and finding of my new family vehicular a amazing and easy decision they were both extremely knowledgeable and very out going and also very accommodating as I had my children with me when doing so I would highly recommend jd by rider to any and all who are looking for a great and reliable vehicle I will definitely be coming back every time I need a new vehicle so once again thank you very much cany and John at jd byrider

Great people. they do great work, brought my expedition in to be fixed, didn't think would have it back the same day, they called me that it also need another part. And 2 hours later my truck was ready. The reservoir avenue store in Cranston Rhode Island is the best people you can find.
