Poor customer experience and outstanding refund
I ordered two garden chairs on the 24 April 21 through the Design Store IE (part of the JDI Group).
They were dispatched on the 27 May 21.
I chased, and discovered through DPD Couriers that they were lost in the post, and the shipper could request the refund, not myself as the customer.
The Design Store confirmed that DPD had been in touch and a refund would be provided on the 16 August. I have continually chased and not received this refund yet. Please can you send through?
