The order took longer than expected and…
The order took longer than expected and I needed to go and get my package from the terminal. Also I got wrong size, customer service told me that they can't send me new size, I should buy new pair of shoes to get what I ordered? I'll get -10% of my next order, but I cant get a coupon, I need to pay the full price first and then they will send me money back. Everything is so difficult, but the customer service representative was nice.

I am still waiting my order. The PostNord is completely unable to deliver the package in time and their so called customer service is absolutely rubbish.

JD has a great selection of Airforce 1🤩🤩
JD had the best selection of Airforce 1 sneakers at a reasonable price🤩🤩Delivery took a little longer than expected and I would have preferred to have picked up the parcel at a pickup point of my choise instead of home delivery though, because of summer holidays. Returning by mail is very expensive, over 20€! But returning to the store is relatively simple and with Klarna easy enough.
