I ordered an expensive pair of sneakers…
I ordered an expensive pair of sneakers on 15 July. It is 5 August, and I still haven't received them! I received some notice about them getting stuck in customs, but then nothing after that. Now I'll have to take the time to contact them and either ask for my money back or the sneakers delivered immediately. Not happy about this!

You sent my order really late and did not notify me that you don't have my orders in stock and you refunded me. I went to the store and waited forever to get my shoes and I only got one pair.

I made a purchase since 2nd of May and…
I made a purchase since 2nd of May and i haven't received my order yet. I have tried all means reaching JDsports but all efforts was futile. There is also a poor communication between JDsports and customers. My order was returned and I wasn't communicated for either a refund or a change of address.

The worst online shopping experience
The worst online shopping experience. The product was very delayed. Delivery was supposed to be at home, but the delivery company just left a note to go and pock up myself. I went to pick up but it was closed, apprently they work only 3 hours a day!!! I had to go again to fetch it.
There is no tel number for customer service, and they never replied to the emails!
It costed me more money (time off from work) to go and fetch the shoes twice, than the shoes itself.
Worst online shopping!

So disapointed!!
I recently bought the air jordan 1 mid white obsidian. I waited for over 10 days and when it finally arrived I was so exited. When i opened the box i quickly noticed that that wasnt the jordans box and in it I found a pair of aqua purple gigantic shoes. When i contacted the support they said that I could return it but couldn’t get the jordans i ordered because they where out of stock and I bought them when they just came to their stock! WORST STORE I’VE EVER ORDERED FROM!!
