Worst service ever see, worst product ever see, there liquid is unsmokable

Used to be a really good site to order, but in the last year everything turned to cr*p. There is no way to contact them anymore, the shipping takes forever and a lot of the products ordered «in stock» are actually not so you always have to change your order. Order somewhere else.

I order a new Smok vape device freshly released on your website and I receive an old SMOK NOVO 2S model.

In addition, I waited several days and received a call to tell me that the color chosen was not available.

So I don't even have the right model or color.

I have ordered from you several times and I am really disappointed to have waited so long for this.

Take another vape shop, I don't recommend this one. The service is not friendly, a lot of out of stock when written in stock on their website and sometimes the delay is extremely long before they ship. Btw, if you are looking for a discount, example they say 30% discount, but they charge you federal fee independently so a 15% discount on another website will give you a better discount

SCAM ! Do not buy from this company!

My order was placed over 10 days ago. Nothing shipped, no email, no news. No nothing. And their phone number is just constantly "unavailable" regardless of when you call or how many times you try. Disgusting service. Will probably charge back on my CC tomorrow unless I miraculously get news today lol.

I have bought several times on this site and honestly jcv had a very good customer service, quick response in case of a problem, the order is very well packaged whit a personal touch i love it.. 5*

It stated on the website that they had this tobacco vape ejuice that I like in stock. Ordered $125.00 worth so I can bring it up to work, the ejuice failed to deliver on time and found out it was never even shipped after 2 weeks so was then told it would be shipped soon. 2 more weeks go by I’m back home from work. I called and was told it was out of stock and my order was never placed in the system and he seemed confused on why. So I asked for a refund, Sebastian said “two business days you will see it in your account” ok great! You know sometimes there’s errors, I get it. A week went by, no refund I then called a few times with no response so I emailed them and got a reply from Dany one of the employees there. He gave me this crazy run around for 5 days, now frustrated and it’s pushing a month of this nonsense I finally had it and said I was going to file a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. He then said I was threatening him I was then told to give them a piece of ID in order to get a refund because I was told I was suspected of being underage… I calmed his curiosity with my ID and he replied with “Surprising. What order number?” Gave him the order number ignoring his smug reply, it has now been 8 business days and still have not refunded my money. I ordered October 26th 2022 it’s now December 3rd 2022. So now I have no choice but to waste a bunch of time filing complaints and possibly take this bs to small claims.

Disapointed, takes forever.

A friend of mine told me they order E-CIGS from the suppliers once the order is placed, which explain why it takes forever. They don't have much stock compared to what is listed.

If i could give this company no stars I would. Buyer beware!! Order a bunch of vape juice and when it never showed up, jean cloud is refusing to refund the money nor even deal with Canada Post to get my vape juice. Ordered October 1st and by November the 9th still no word from Jean cloud. Buy somewhere else and save a headache and lost cash!!

Very good company, low price, high quality services.
