What went wrong
What went wrong? The question should be what went right? Not one thing. In fact I specifically stated that I did not want any income tax refund to go to my ex-wife, the reason I did not want to do my taxes, as I stated in my first meeting, and every penny has been awarded to her..... meanwhile, my teeth are rotting out of my mouth, I can't afford more than dollar store eye glasses, tires on the car are not suitable for the winter, I'm tired of going to the food bank, I can't afford to wash my clothes more than once a month, so ya, I'm not too impressed with what you've done for me.

went to see natacha at the ottawa office was always there to answer my calls and guide me and her team isabelle and the whole office is always returns calls and keeps me informed in this stressful time i am so grateful for there service and promptness that i would not hesitate to recommend any one there and any situtation they have the abilty to take care of it no mater how diffucult the situtation.
