Was thrilled to find the Hudson jeans I liked on the Jeanography website at a reduced price. Was even more delighted to get an extra discount at the checkout. Imagine how disappointed I was when I received an email the next day to say that due to an error, they didn't actually have my size in stock. To their credit, they recommended a couple of other similar pairs, one of which I liked and asked if I could have them as a replacement. They agreed to let me have them for £150 (more then twice the price of my original pair) which I agreed to but then they emailed me again to say they actually didn't have my size in that pair either. Very disappointed.....

The site is easy to use and you can get amazing discount on branded jeans. I received the jeans on time and the packaging looked great, plus I got a free nail varnish. I'll definitely use them again!

After stumbling across this site and wondering if it was too good to be true, I decided I had nothing to lose and chose one pair of jeans but left the other two choices to Jeanology. I got an email asking a few questions about my size and preferences then a couple if days later received 3 beautifully packaged pairs of jeans - which all fit perfectly - and a free nail polish!!

very quick service, within 2 days, all packed up in gorgeous black cloth bag and a free nail varnish too.....couldn't ask for better...

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans - one were out of stock. I was immediately called and emailed with really helpful suggested alternatives. So I now own one new pair of fabulous jeans in a brand I would never have tried - so 10 out of 10 for everything and I will use again!

Excellent customer service and wonderful jeans

I've already recommended Jeanography to a couple of friends. I'm really impressed.

The fit first time service was great and really easy to use. The jeans arrived really quickly and the return process was no bother. All in all, top marks.

I received my jeans which were too big. I rang TNT to collect them but as the account with Jeanography is in arrears, they will not collect them! I have tried to telephone but always goes to answerphone. I am stuck with jeans which do not fit and I cannot return. Never again.

Web site easy to navigate and the service team are easy to contact and always deal with and queries with an extremely fast, efficient service. No more hot stuffy changing rooms for me, the Fit First Time service saves me time and effort. Jeanography is a real gem!

Ordered Hudson bootcut jeans and was very impressed by the speed of delivery. The jeans were presented in a cotton bag and packed very well in a box and plastic bag. They were a perfect fit with faded areas in all the right places. These are my special occasion jeans and would love to be able to order more for everyday wear but are quite pricey.

Great service, price and speedy delivery. I will definitely shop here again.

I'm a woman who loves clothes and hates shopping. All those dreadful fitting room mirrors, the sameness of the high street, the rip-off parking fees (in Cambridge)... But I'm very picky about who I shop with on the web. Liz from Jeanography is a total sweetie. I sent her an order form lamenting the state of my tummy and she sent me 3 pairs of jeans to try, including a style I really liked by Silver jeans, which she said catered to curvy women. (And not hideously expensive either.) Silver jeans were beautiful but to my utter surprise the waistband seemed a bit baggy. No worries - despite the Fit First Time blurb stating you could have three pairs at once, Liz sent me out the 28 and 29 in the same style to arrive the next day, saying I could return all the ones I didn't want in one fell swoop to save me trouble. And the perfect jeans were a 28! (Yay! & that's on a fat day!) I've just called TNT to return the four pairs I don't want so if that goes without a hitch I will be one ecstatic bunny. I felt like such a freak on the high street, or always shopped for jeans on visits to New York. Jeanography firmly in my fashion book now. Aiming to get all my jeans from them in the future.

A great idea and fantastic customer service. Jeanography takes all the hassle out of finding a great pair of jeans - that fit perfectly! The free next day delivery and free returns for First Fit customers is excellent and I has a few size queries that were answered promptly and Liz was so lovely and friendly. I will be buying from Jeanography again!

The team at jeanography really know what they are talking about when it comes to jeans. Very friendly helpful service. Never go any where else now i have found them. Telling all my friends, my husband will be next.
