Wish I had read the reviews before I made my order! My order didn't even arrive in the UK. Tracking showed it got returned to sender. They have refunded me however I also paid 18 euros to get delivered to UK. My item did not get delivered to me or even reached UK but they are refusing to refund me for the delivery. They have some nice items but cant comment on the quality as not seen it but sadly I won't be shopping here due to the poor service and low expectation of even receiving my order! Do not recommend!!

Very good but the pricing is unreasonable

The material of the dress was awful. It was thin and looked nothing like the picture. It came very wrinkly. I wanted to return it, but when I found out that I had to pay for international shipping I was disappointed. Unfortunately, I will never return as a customer and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to friends and family.

Never recieved my order this website is a scam

The dress I got is not the same color as the one in the model. I asked to return the dress and was told I have to pay shipping. Shipping from america to France costs more than the dress…

While the clothing was great, I paid $25 for next day delivery and the delivery took an entire week instead. I missed the event I was going to wear them to, because I assumed next day deliver would at least mean after the weekend, not a week later.

Good! I got it in time

“ one size “ but comes in different sizes. Unfortunately I got two of the same dress, different colours and one was okayish but still too big. The other ones neckline was huge and was flowing out with the amount of material it had on. It just doesnt make sense and for it to be that expensive ? The quality isnt amazing either. They do not look like the pictures.

I have ordered an abaya but didn’t receive it I don’t even know where the package is the dpd website says it’s delivered at the pickup paketshop but it’s not there and when i call the dpd service it says it couldn’t find the adress.

I’ve ordered Abaya from you and the Return label that you guys sent has Bubbleroom address on which is another different shopping website. The return label is also from 2020. Now I don’t know how to return my item to you guys because it says “to bubbleroom” instead of “to SAS MIKA” and the label is outdated, it’s from 2020. I’ve contacted you and you’re not responding.

I didn't recive my order until now, the adress that I could be delivered to on your Website was wrong so the package was sent back

i was given the wrong colour despite me ordering a different one. customer service was of no help

I did not receive all the items that I ordered. When I messaged them they told me to send pictures of the parcel and invoice. Even though it’s pretty clear that I have not received the dress that I ordered they just told me that they control all of their parcels before being shipped, which they obviously have not. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Customer service so trash and rude….
Order a dress that was absolutely not like the websi🙄🙄
