An excellent product

An excellent product, at a good price. Also an excellent company to deal with, I needed to return an item which was the wrong size which was dealt with very quickly. I don’t often say this but it was refreshing to receive excellent service,

Leg alteration service included.

Had all my jeans from here for years now. Good prices and the alteration service is brilliant. It's great to be able to order jeans that I can wear straight away after years of having to find someone to shorten the leg length.

I have been trying to select to return…

I have been trying to select to return the Jack and Jones Denim shirt that I ordered a xl regular and was sent a slim fit when trying ro return email direct so kept putting me out and when phoned was on hold due to being so far in the queue so sent an email direct still no reply so doesn't look like I'm going to get it resolved i should have checked reviews before ordering as I would elsewhere will not use them again
