A clean and tidy dealership was very impressed some lovely cars on display and the staff are 5 star very helpful went above and beyond even if they wasnt involved still answered any questions also make a nice hot chocolate aswell haha, would deffo recommend

I Recently purchased a car from Jeff White motors online, I live about a 100 miles or so from the dealers so opted to have the car delivered to me, obviously this meant I had a lot of questions about the car, all the usual stuff is it damaged has it been in an accident etc etc, at this point I must give a big shout out to the salesman who dealt with my purchase, (I believe he is known at the dealership as little Jeff) he responded to every question I had about the car promptly and honestly, it's always a tad worrying when buying a car online never having driven or seen it and Jeff made the process easy and efficient by providing all the information I required about the car prior to it being delivered as and when required, he also handled all the paperwork in such a manner that I did not have to do anything at all at my end, the car was delivered to me already taxed in my name fully valeted and in first class condition, with all the cars important documentation, battery health check certificate, proper original car handbooks, instruction manuals and the correct service book as supplied with the car from new.
All I can say is that based on my personal experience with my car purchase, I would highly recommend Jeff White Motors to anyone looking to buy a car.

My whole experience from start to finish with Jeff White Motors was outstanding.
I saw a car online, which i went on a test drive, soon after with Sean.
Sean was absolutely amazing. He made me feel at ease and literally explained everything about the car to myself and my partner.
Sean left me and my partner alone to talk over our decision about the car and made us a delicious cuppa.☕️
Upon meeting Sean back in the showroom, he wasn't at all pushy, or asking even if we had made a decision. We were just chatting and I casually bought into the conversation that I wanted to purchase the car.
Upon picking up the car, which was a Sunday. Sean and Kevin went out of their way to get the tax sorted for me. The car was in an immaculate condition and charged fully to drive away.
Less than a week later I had an issue with the car, Sean again sorted the problem very efficiently.
I will, without fail definitely return to Jeff White Motors, when we want to trade in one of our cars.
Amazing showroom, very friendly staff and aftercare.

Great experience buying my C3 from this company. Jeff Jnr delivered what he said on the tin and had the car I was after in showroom condition, taxed and with my own plate on when I went to pick it up. Was sad to see my old Mini go but love my new wheels! Nice hot chocolate too😏

Professional and Efficient!

Second car purchased here. They are so helpful in helping you sort out finance which can be stressful making it no stress at all. I have recommend to family go go here and I would say it’s the best used car shop in Cardiff by miles!

Bought a car from her a few weeks ago, dealt with Sean who was brilliant. Unfortunately after having the car a week it had a major issue, this was no fault of Jeff White Motors. Sean was on holiday so I dealt with Andrew who was also very professional. The result was a refund but the whole process was stress free & quick. If they had another car that fit my needs & budget I would buy from them again. Extremely trustworthy & I would definitely recommend to buy from here.

A little dissappoint so far. Online Chat!!! Don't bother, they just want your Name and phone number. Didn't answer a single question for me. I just wanted to do a little research online, get some details and compare against other online stores. Without giving people my details. Not a patch on Motorpoint or Cinch! I'll phone them when I'm ready but this experience isn't a great start.

Bought a used car from Jeff White back in December last year.
I dealt with Jeff Jnr and planned to head across to check out the car I wanted and take it for a test drive. The car was well prepared and ready to go at the time I suggested I’d arrive, Jeff gave me all the space I needed to walk around the car, take it for a drive with no obligation or pressure at all. Unfortunately I did pick up a couple of minor issues and initially walked away, Jeff was genuinely surprised the A/C wasn’t working (it was December so could be easily missed). Upon reflection it was the car I wanted, a quick call back to Jeff he assured me this minor issues would be sorted and a fresh MOT would be done and deposit secured.
Returning to collect the car, all paperwork was prepared and the car was ready to go with a fresh valet and MOT as promised.
All staff were very well informed and friendly, it’s a used car dealership where you easily feel comfortable and there’s no feeling you’re about to get ripped off.
Nice to know there are good genuine used car dealerships around.

Late last year we bought our third car from Jeff White. This one was for my son. Unfortunately, it developed an intermittent starting issue just outside the warranty. Nevertheless, Jeff White Junior went out of his way to sort the problem out - firstly with their in-house mechanics, secondly with the main dealer and in the end swapping the car for an alternative car. Excellent customer service and very happy with the support we received.
