No communication

No communication, don't know when my shit gonna be here.It's been two months going three months of me paying and they still haven't shipped anything or I don't have no shipment , nothing their garbage , don't use them

No parts

Oder parts which were listed as in stock and ready to ship same day. But after a week haven't received any mail about tracking order i contact them and was told tge parts i ordered will be in their units after a month , and then they can ship it to me. What is the point to list the parts as in stock and ready to ship if it's not even in their warehouse.Lier and very untrustworthy company

Waited for a part for 3 months

Waited for a part for 3 months. Kept getting put off (6 of this month, 15th of this month...). Finally figured out HOW to cancel the order, it took 2 days for the same part through Amazon. I hate using Amazon and just a few years back Jegs was an awesome place but I'm not sure I'll be using them again.

Will never shop here again

Will never shop here again, they will ship everything freight. I bought a 32 pound restoration cart and they charge 150 to ship it because of freight, I bought a Mustang apron and for some odd reason that is getting shipped freight. This company seems like a scam I won’t buy here again. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I bought the first time.

Worst service experience I've had ever
I'd also like to state that the hype of the ad was misleading and nowhere did it clearly state warranty info. Way to go jegs! leave a "valued customer" without options.

Do NOT buy from Jegs. I should have paid attention to the reviews.

Believe what people are saying about Jegs! I ordered some headers on 26 Oct. Nothing on your site indicated they were not in stock. Day after I order I get an email from Jegs saying the estimated ship date was 17 Nov. No big deal. So I wait, and 17 Nov comes and goes. Nothing heard from Jegs. Zip! So I text them and get told they have emailed their supplier. I will receive an email with an update. I wait the 24 hours. Contact Jegs again and am told no email went out. They would send an email to the supplier. Now it will take 1-3 days. So I wait. Nothing! Contact them again and am told they have not received a response from their supplier, they will email them again. I tell them maybe they should call them. A few minutes later the guy says the parts are not in stock with the vendor. ETA is now 16 Dec. When I explain how this has set me back on this build, I was told I should have contacted them before placing the order. Not sure what kind of operation these guys are running, but I do know this is the LAST time I do business with Jegs. I highly recommend people AVOID this company and buy from somebody who cares about their customers.

Edelbrock heads - Bad Item Terrible Customer Service.

Ordered Edelbrock heads.
One head shipped in edelbrock box, in good shape.
One head shipped in brown box, with damaged edelbrock box inside. Head is damaged. Must have taken a huge drop or hit. Aluminum is dented/cracked. Unusable.

I returned the item right away.

Haven't seen any updates or received a new head, so called customer service to see what the hold up was. - They don't send a replacement head until they have received and inspected he bad head they sent to me.

So, now I am on hold for however long while they inspect a severely damaged item that never should have left the warehouse.

I won't be shopping with Jegs again anytime soon.

This company is very dishonest!

This company is very dishonest in their sales and return policies, do not buy from them. Do yourself a favor and buy from Speedway, CJ Pony Parts, or some other online car part retailer. I bought something that wouldn't fit (their website said it would) and when I returned it, the return process indicated a full refund would be coming. When I got the credit, it was only partial. When I asked why, they informed me they have a restocking fee - not disclosed at the time of initiating the return - and the charged ME for the return label which also was not disclosed. This is shady, unethical, and dishonest. When I inquired about the reasoning, I was told I hadn't returned the item in 30 days, which was also untrue. They count that from the date of when the order is placed, so transit time to you as well as back to them is counted in the thirty days. That is ridiculous.

If you are restoring a vehicle or fixing up your ride and you buy from JEGS, be warned.

A very reliable seller

A very reliable seller. I ordered 20-10 valve lifters. The goods were supposed to arrive in early November, but they arrived within a week to Germany. I recommend them!

Misleading

Misleading. I purchased one of their upper and lower kits with the qa1
Coil overs. Bought it because it was advertised as qa1. Had figment problems with lower control arms.mind you I was installing on a 72 skylark. Called and found out the arms were not qa1
And was told that they had a lot of complaints about them. Why
Would you sell something that you know damn good and well it’s junk. Anyway spent 1400.00 just for actual qa1 arms and when I returned the other arms I was really disappointed that I only got back a lousy 400.00 from the 1300.00 I spent on the original. I just think they advertised as one item and you got shit. To top it they already know the parts they send you are junk. Lesson learned I thought I was shopping at a location who cared about their customers nope they were rude on the phone like it’s my fault guess I’ll shop a different speed shop that has integrity . Too bad I need a lot of parts.

Order Run around and LIES

Ordered a seat foam for my C10. Website said shipping Oct 9th when I ordered it (ordered on Sept 28). Email shows up….its back ordered. I check the website it still says Shipping Oct 9th. I call em. They say yeah uh Mabie gonna ship the end of October. Website still says the 9th. I ask about that. They don’t seem to give a shit. I hate JEGS and only shop there when I have to because well jegs is poorly managed. I recommend summit racing for better service. Stay away from jegs if possible, they really do suck ass.

Bought a crate motor

Bought a crate motor, just a stock 350. Head gasket went out on one side, still covered under warranty. following year the other head gasket went, out of warranty. Now the pistons in two cylinders are ruined and one of the piston walls has divots in it, They used cheap parts and gaskets. Motor is only around 5 years old.

I recently needed specific replacement…

I recently needed specific replacement parts for my Mercedes-Benz and decided to call JEGS after doing some research. I was fortunate to be connected with Mike McLoughlin, a technical professional at JEGS.

From the very beginning, Mike demonstrated exceptional expertise. After I explained the year and model of my car, he quickly identified the exact parts I needed, verified that they would be a perfect fit, and assured me they would resolve the issue I was facing. He then created the invoice and placed the order for me — all during the same call.

The replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and were precisely what I needed to get my car back on the road. Mike not only exceeded my expectations but also exemplified true professionalism, technical knowledge, and customer care.

Parts never ship on time or not at all

I ordered a wheel center cap in March of 2025. I get a message from Jeg's stating my order was on back order and will be in July 5th, I then get another message saying Sept. 15th the item will ship. I then get a message stating the part was discontinued. Aug. 31st I ordered a fog light valance for my OBS Chevy. Jeg's said it will be shipped by Sept. 15th. Well it's the 18th so I call them and they say the vendor is another 60 to 90 days out granted my order says shipped please make that make sense. BULL CRAP.
