3 weeks later,
no communication! no t shirts!
& no refund!
Says ships within 5 days…. Where’s my order and why is no one replying
Tried contacting twice via email and on a Facebook post….

Since been contacted to “resolve the issue” but seems to be more empty promises, once again no tracking number given, no proof of anything being sent out etc.

I put my order in on the 26th of August and got an email stating my order had been shipped on the 4th September,I haven't received any tracking information and I have messaged you twice asking for an update and tracking information but haven't had any replies,I will give it until Monday 11th and if I still haven't received my order I will put in for a full refund, very disappointed with the communication side that's why only 1 star from me, update,I received an email stating I would receive shipping info on Friday 8th September on Monday 11th and still no reply to my email or tracking,it's been nearly 4 weeks now and no delivery,if I could give no star rating I would,now it's time to get my bank involved for a refund and shop elsewhere, certainly wouldn't recommend or try and buy from these ever again,I'm sorry but I have not received any tracking information Via email, could you send it again please

Ordered a top for a concert I was going to. Despite the item supposedly being in stock I waited ages for it to ship, finally realised it wasnt going to arrive in time and emailed Via the Contact us to cancel the order and get a refund. Never recieved the item, never got my money back!

Initial order got lost and comms were slow at the start but was resolved by Phil who did as he promised and sent a replacement on a next day service. Things go wrong and corrective action always important and cannot fault them here.

I can't recommend this site, and agree with the other reviews below, it either appears to be a scam website or they are the world's laziest merchandise company. Received the initial email that the order was received but no further update since then, click on the email and it leads to a generic Shopify holding page. with zero tracking info.....I've emailed their office email address, let's see what happens.....Otherwise I'll be contacting my bank for a refund.

The customer service was excellent, the price was very competive and the product was really good quality, lovely soft and cosy material. Even more reassurance was delivered with the after sales service - Phil went above and beyond to rectify something that wasn't even down to him. Amazing customer service which delivered the best buying experience I've had in a very long time 👍🏻

The entire buying process was made easy, I asked multiple questions - as I was buying for my nephew who lives some distance away. Phil responded very quickly to each question, so I wasn't left hanging, waiting for answers. I actually made the decision to buy purely based on the level of service provided and I was absolutely right in my decision because the hoodie I bought is amazing...excellent quality and lovely soft material...I'll never get him out of it!😂

Sent wrong item, I have sent repeated emails. No reply.
My next course of action is to contact my bank to retrieve monies.
Appalled at lack of response!!!!

Great quality products, fast service

Sent wrong t shirt which should have gone to Wales. I forwarded it to Wales. I’m still waiting for my t shirt after numerous emails with no replies. Slightly annoyed to say the least.

to this point after repeated correspondence regarding the order, it still has not been delivered. I have not been refunded the money I paid for the order

Never received product! Ordered a t shirt for a Christmas present, emailed them to see where it was, they have no tracking number! Emailed them again to get my money back no reply.! Never got reimbursed. Very, Very disappointed. I would be very leery about buying from this company.

Love the t-shirt. Emailed to chase a few times as no info after a week and didn't get a response. But it arrived a week and a half later and pleased.

Ordered a t-shirt last month and have still not recieved my order. I sent them an email regarding my order and they said they would send one out with a free mystery t-shirt and would tell me when it shipped by that week. Haven't heard anything back for about 3 weeks now. I suggest avoiding.

The choice was great, the price was great and the Def Leppard t-shirt was amazing! The perfect gift for my man!

Avoid like plague absolute scam website. ordered from impericon which are in Germany item was here in 3 days no communication from them until you leave a review they say all their mail goes to their spam folder which you'd think they'd have sorted by now posted my item ( supposedly) 3 week after ordering received no tracking number and it never arrived. I'm only leaving 1 star because you can't leave zero stars. Will probably get a reply at bottom of this review apologising and telling me to email them but what good is emailing you when all your email's go to your spam folder and they don't get read ? .

I ordered a t shirt almost 3 weeks ago and have not received and communication on shipping or anything at all from the company. I have emailed to explain this issue and had no response. At this point I would like a refund if my order is not coming.

Can't big up this company enough, I've had excellent service from them. As per my previous reviews, I've only placed one order for some Muse t-shirts. They arrived very quickly and were great quality. I was then given a free mystery t-shirt for leaving a review and now I have been sent an email for another mystery t-shirt! What's not to like about them!
