Great quality, fitment and price just let down with delivery, ordered Monday morning was told they was in stock and would in the same days post or the day after at the latest unfortunately they didn't send them until the Wednesday apparently too busy otherwise would be 5*

Everything from the first communication with George to the delivery of the base and swivel was spot on. Fantastic product and fantastic company to deal with.

I recently contacted Jennings seating as they are UK based, to see if they would deliver to Spain, as it was not on their mailing list. They were very helpful, kept in contact at every stage of the process of ordering and making payment, and sorted out our order promptly and it is already on its way! We purchased a set of 2 swivel bases and fixing bolts. Their prices were excellent, even compared to the cheap Chinese alternatives. Especially as they are original parts and are homogulated, which chinese alternatives are not. A very important thing for anyone wishing to purchase in Spain, as any changes to your vehicle have to meet European conformity and are inspected and entered on your vehicle paperwork in order for it to pass it's yearly vehicle inspection. The postage costs were also good, and with a good shipping company. We would highly recommend this company for it's great prices and customer care.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had swivel seat base in stock at the best price for one available for immediate delivery. Received email notification of order and delivery date. Product arrived next day as promised and well packed.

This company were great at taking £600 off me but as soon as I got the product back and fitted it to find it was faulty they we’re shying away from there responsibility and started blaming it on the manufacturer of the seat , being left with no alternative but to take a legal route, poor after care service I am only asking for what I have paid for, would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Unfortunately my experience with Jennings was anything but pleasant. I ordered passenger and drivers swivel seats for my mercedes sprinter and after six weeks came uncompleted as described. I have receipt for swivel seats but apparently these are not included so not swivel seats at all in the price (and image) shown.
The seat bases that I also ordered were in a poor condition with both scratches and misalignment of bolt holes. I will have to drill larger holes.for the seats to fit which is ridiculous for the price.
I called Jennings and just received usual, generic excuses.
Very reluctant to use this company again.

I initially bought a passenger side seat swivel base for my Mercedes Vito and it came next day.

I had spoken to them on the phone and the advice they gave me was spot on.

Needless to say say it fitted perfect, I did need to remove a bulkhead behind the seat but as this had been mentioned in the description I was expecting it.

The fact that it was noted in the description though was very honest and was something that some other companies might not have mentioned.

I have since bought a drivers seat and although not yet fitted I am sure there will be no issues.

It also came next day.

Very impressive all round and would have no problem recommending this company in future.

Well I ordered a FASP swivel seat from this company and I was very happy with the quality. Obviously they have to be of a required standard to meet seat regulations I assume. Very robust yet low profile.

Exactly as described and perfect fit. Except! Having had to use a drivers seat base on the passenger side I assumed RH seat swivel. I take the stupidity prize for this because it is actually to do with the direction the seat swivels as it need to lock securely so it can't swivel both ways.

Jennings were extremely responsive to emails and helpful in getting it returned.
Most impressive is that the return was barely through the door according to the UPS tracking info. and the refund was processed back to my Paypal account. This is contrary to companies that tell you "The refund may take 5-7 days to be processed back to your account"

Well done and highly recommended
