Very disappointed!

I take my car for the periodic service, I explain to them that I have an error on the car related to the coolant. I tell them they need to change and balance my new tires. An employee tells me it is a recall for the coolant and it will be free to replace. All good until the next day when I get the error again. The coolant was completely gone. They told me to call roadside assistance and send the car back to them. Basically the employees did not do their job properly. I should have had the car replaced but that didn't Wait two days and I call them to ask why it's taking so long. They were apologetic and after the phone call I noticed on the Bluelink app that they started checking the car. Second problem: The wheels. The car was shaking from the tires. And I went back to them, they balanced them again but the problem didn't go away I came back a third time and an employee drives my car and tells me that the tires are from China. That's the reason. I decide to try another car service and they tould me that the tires were not properly balanced. After the fourth wheel balancing, the car finally drives well. The third problem. My panoramic window just exploded while I was driving the car quietly. There were no stones. there were no other cars on the street. I searched other forums and realized it is a common problem with Tucson 2021. I asked them if the car warranty covers the damage. Very briefly and without many details, they told me that the damage is from the stone and does not cover the warranty. I called the roadside assistance again and they sent my car to them again. Again, after 2 days without the car, I called again to ask what is going on with my car. I realized it would take a long time and decided to take the car to Carglass. I go to pick up the car and notice that the broken window has been vacuumed. During the vacuuming, the car was scratched in two places. I contacted Hyundai about this and now I'm waiting for an answer from them. I had a Kia Niro, now I have a Tucson but they will most likely lose me as a customer. Very disappointed!

Very good service from Patrick

Very good service from Patrick! He was professional and friendly in all our interactions during the buying process. Very knowledgeable about all the topics, which made us, internationals comfortable.
