SCAM!!!!! Iwould rate it negative if I could. I wish I saw these reviews prior. They make you think you're getting a good deal. They provide a tracking # it shows being sent to your city & state. But when it says delivered your package isn't there and ups can't disclose the address unless I am the seller. This site needs to be shut down. I have contacted my bank which they'll reimburse me and reverse the payment to them. It also has been reported UPS is also aware of this scam. They are working to reject any packages from this person/company. Thankfully I was able to purchase my item elsewhere before Christmas

1 because 0 is not an option. Shipper sent item with a shipping number but the item was not addressed to me, as per UPS. Called paypal and they stated they would verify with UPS. Not sure if they actually did verify, but I do know that I was refunded less than an hour after calling paypal earlier today. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

No star options are here i had ordered a carseat and a razor scooter and received a tracking number for shipping.I then waited expecting in couple days.Never received anything and i called ups number they said my tracking number was coreect but i didnt have the correct name or address a couple days later i received another email saying it was delivered to a pack n mail place in cleburne.i went there the owner says she never received any packages that size.I asked dont u track they number .so whoever is stealing our money they are using small pick places for people to so call meet or use the small business because they arent online with incoming information.I have called paypal put in conplaints and all denied.How is this fair.

This is a scam site, I fell for it as well. I found the site through the Google shopping app after searching for a last minute gift for my son. I purchased through PayPal as I do with many online purchases for the added buyers protection. My tracking info was uploaded to PayPal 3 days after the supposed delivery. I tried contacting customer service through the website and found it 1 digit short, I also tried the email link which gave an error message and would not send. I started an online claim with PayPal which was denied because there was a tracking number that said it was delivered. I called UPS and they refused to send me an email stating the package was not delivered to my address and not addressed to me. I spoke with a supervisor at UPS who stated he would give me the email only under the condition that I started a police report and gave him the case number. I emailed him the case number and requested the email from him, he has yet to write me back. Meanwhile PayPal will not refund the purchase under the buyers protection program because they want proof from UPS that the package was not delivered to me. Judging by the number of claims I'd say PayPal is trying to figure out what to do as these are legit claims against the buyers protection policy and they are denying them.

I ordered two separate orders from this company and didn’t receive either. I was assigned tracking numbers from UPS and even though they say delivered the tracking numbers did not have my name assigned to them. They said left at front desk signed by two separate people. This is my house. My bank took care of one but PayPal will not.. I will never use PayPal again either. They will not respond to emails and the phone number doesn’t have enough digits.

Total scam. DO NOT buy from this place. You will be throwing money away. They will deduct from your account, and that will be the only thing they do. No product will arrive. The phone number to customer service is missing a number on the website, so you can't call. Emails will bounce back with an error message. Luckily Paypal resolved the case in my favor, and I'll get my money back. Buyer....be very aware. Pay more at an actual legit store.

PayPal refunded my money. Have UPS email you the tracking info. Download the document. Call PayPal customer service, stay on the phone with them while you forward the document. If they closed your case they will reopen it and settle in your favor. You will get a refund.

I was also scammed by this company. I used PayPal to pay and they said they shipped the item. Because of Christmas and the fact that I was receiving lots of items at my home, I didn't realize I never received this package. I tried emailing the company at support at jerseyeasy.com (I couldn't put the actual email address in my comments) and received an undeliverable notice. I will now contact PayPal and hopefully they will refund my money.

If there was a 0 star option I would select that! This web site is a scam. They take your money out of your account right away and you never receive your product you ordered. The customer service number is conveniently missing a number so you can’t even call them! If you try to email them the email gets returned saying undeliverable. Thank God PayPal went good for the money but buyer be ware!! Do not order from these scam artists!!!

CONTACT and report PayPal to CFPB (consumer financial protection). File a dispute on PayPal.
I three way called UPS with the PayPal rep to confirm it was not the correct tracking info (PayPal said they won’t call themselves) the ups rep confirmed the address it was sent to and from vineyard vines and they said that wasn’t enough But the fake tracking is for the seller. Asked to talk to a paypal manager and PayPal hung up on me. I have a mass email right now to these people about it - not sure who is actually the right person to sending to all. Told them they are negligent for not protecting buyers and allowing this to continue. Also sent this link with complaints. Sent to-
mhentages at paypal.com and dan.schulman at paypal.com and sthompson at paypal and crme at PayPal and ediaz. Hopefully one of them still work there.

Scam to the core and paypal wont do anything about it. Ups said it was sent to a completely different addresses. my order should have been 170 pounds but the ups tracking says it's only 4 pounds. Thanks for scraping on a long time customer paypal, and supporting thies scammers.

Just plain horrible! I ordered a Christmas gift and received an order #. Also received a ups tracking number. When I called ups, the package had been delivered but not to my name or my address. Kinda crappy that I have to pay for someone else's stuff. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I just wish that someone could catch whoever this is.

PayPal is the worst I usually don’t even go thur PayPal and I usually do my research on companies by reviews but I saw this trike bike I wanted really bad for my daughter and I never got a tracking number so soon as I let PayPal no of this within hours I was provided one. So I track it along with my husband and it said it was delivered to me so we was actually home at the time it stated that it was delivered, but nothing was on my front pooch. So we called ups and u no what they said it was delivered to another address which wasn’t mine and a different name. So my husband as ups who name which was some crazy name I can’t even pronounce but wouldn’t provide us with the delivery address to where it was delivered to, also we let no no we have a tracking number still wouldn’t help us. PayPal is just as a scammer as these people are as well buyers beware of PayPal amd jerseyeasy fraud and I’m filling a complaint with police department and also I thank god I bank with a federal credit union thur my husband military services and they got me my money back as a permanent payment.

Same scenario. Pay Pal was provided a tracking number for a UPS delivery. I followed up with UPS. The pickup order was provided to ups prior to my even placing the order. UPS says they delivered the package. Not sure how they delivered a package that did not exist. UPS will not give me the name of the company, nor the address of the company that shipped the package.
Hmmm!!!. How is JerseyEasy getting these supposedly legitimate tracking numbers from UPS?

I was scammed as well and opened dispute with PayPal, in which they denied. I spent over an hour on phone after, and the woman said I had to go to UPS to get proof that the tracking number was not from Jerseyeasy, but Macy's and she said she would reopen my dispute and send me an email with information and that I could reply with my proof. She did not do that. I then had to spend another hour or so trying to get in contact with Paypal again. I talked to a guy, and he quickly refunded my money. In total, I spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get my money refunded. Do NOT order from this company!!!! It's fake and you will be sorry.

To the review who Pay Pal paid you are lucky because they didn't do anything for me. The scammers came up with a fake tracking number and delivery and Pay Pal said it was delivered and closed my case. It was as if they didn't want to be bothered.

These scammers are committing fraud and robbing hundreds if not thousands of folks. Please take 10 minutes and file a complaint with the FBI. Go to https:// www.ic3. gov/default.aspx and file a complaint with the FBI about these thieves and hopefully they will get some justice.

stay away from these chinese crooks. To everyone who reads this, DO NOT WASTE EVEN 1 SECOND WITH PAYPAL. As long as they see it was delivered you can talk to them until you are blue in the face and it wont help. Try disputing with your cc company as they will have more sympathy.
