Ordered a xbox one controller November 29th. Got a tracking number ups said it was delivered. Nothing was delivered yesterday or today. PayPal backs these guys. What a joke 22.00 to never do business with Paypal or Jerseyeasy no problem.

Thank you all for your review. It saved me a lot of headache of spending my money, not getting what I paid for and wasting my time trying to get my money back.
I saw the website while I was shopping for a router using Google Shopping. Lucky I found the reviews so I did not buy from them.

I found that Google Shopping also have a guarantee that protect buyers up to $2500 per order. Search “Google Shopping Guarantee” for the details.
Worth a try especially hearing that PayPal is not helping those who lost their money.

I also reported them to Google using Google Shopping email option on the contact us page.
The more we report this website the faster is it taken down.

I ordered two games from them. Got a tracking number and everything.then I get home after it says my package has arrived. And there's nothing here. So I call UPS and wait on the phone for 45 mins,then find out the package was sent somewhere else what different address numbers and a different name on it.I then immediately reached out to the company of course all I have to have my email kicked back to me. This website is a scam do not use it.

Terrible company, do not buy from using PayPal. Sent me a tracking number for my order, said delivered but never received, when I called ups with the tracking number they said it wasn’t sent to my address and couldn’t tell me where it was sent since I wasn’t the shipper. PayPal sided with them because the tracking number showed as delivered.

I ordered 2 Xbox one wireless remotes for Christmas on November 29th. Its now December the 11th. I started looking for my package thinking it should be here by now. I check to see if i got an email update and i haven't. I went to my Pay-Pal and it shows where i paid and even has a tracking number. So i can track my package. Well it says it was already delivered by UPS ground. I have no package. I just want mt money back and i know it's not going to happen.I don't have extra money to buy more for my kids!!!!

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. THEY SEND YOU A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY BUT NEVER SEND THE ITEM!!!! HARD TO DISPUTE THE PROOF OF DELIVERY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Complete scam!!! Never received the item and none of the seller's contact info is legit. I just filed a complaint with the FTC. Paypal denied dispute claim and would not issue a refund after speaking to three agents. I refuse to use them again because they took ten days to investigate while people continued to get scammed and lose their money but never really investigated and sided with the scammer by denying our claim. Paypal did not contact the seller nor would they call UPS to verify that tracking was fake. I was just as disappointed in Paypal as I was in this company since I have used them thousands of times without a dispute.

I ordered the JOJO Siwa doll and American girl doll the tracking said it was delivered to the house No package at my house I called UPS they said it was delivered to a HOME DEPOT COMPLETE SCAM Pay pal has denied my claim!!! Do not order from this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy doing this needs to go to prison for a long time!!!!

I ordered a mini fridge and hair instyler and never received either one.
Same thing as everyone else. They sent a ups tracking number and it shows that the package was delivered to a different address. I called ups and got them to send proof that the package was sent to someone else and not me and I will be filing a dispute with paypal for the third time because they denied the first two claims that I put through. I will also be filing a dispute with my credit card company that was linked to the paypal transaction.

I reported this company to the attorney general and to the better business bureau. You should all do the same. They did not send me any package for my UPS shipment and deducted money from my account. Scam big time! I hope they get busted.

You would think at least PayPal would shut this guys PayPal account down so he can't steal anyone's money. But he is still steeling people's money through PayPal I am beyond pi**ed I don't just have money to throw away to this worthless loser. But nothing I can do about it thanks PayPal u are the reason I trusted this sight.

I can’t believe I didn’t look this place up before I ordered I should’ve known I ordered an exersaucer for my five-month-old baby girl was originally almost $90 everywhere else and I only paid$38 for it on this site. I waited for a week and finally got something saying it was delivered yesterday well I never got it I wish I would’ve looked this up first I’m so disappointed. I was so excited that I was able to afford this for her now I’m out of the money and off to a bad start on baby girls first Christmas 😢

I'm seeing that most people are in the same situation as I am. BS website definitely a bunch of scammers. They send you a UPS tracking number that happens to be someone else's that's in the same city as you are. Never got the product but was charged by PayPal. We can't allow them to get away with doing this to so many people. Legal action needs to be taken.

I just got scammed!! I bought a GPS watch probably a few ounces weight and they supposedly send me a 10.7lb package wich I never received!!! TOTAL SCAM!! Dont buy from this low people, can we get all together and open a case, PayPal doesnt want to help me this time...

TOTAL Scam website!! Luckily, PayPal credited me when I opened up a dispute and I had to call them to explain the situation to a live agent.

Explained that they send a UPS package to an address in same city to make it appear shipment was delivered but not my address. PAYPAL needs to shut these scam artists down

I place a order two days later tracking information said my package was delivered, but when I called UPS I found out the company had delivered the item to someone else.This is just a SCAM company I hope I get my money back from PayPal

This is a total scam. I ordered my 3 year old daughter a doll for Christmas for $36.05. I waited and waited and it never showed up. Unfortunately I should have researched this site before ordering.
The charge showed up on my card as PayPal to a DINH HOANG HIEP. I found that this person has also had a fraudulent online store in that name.
PayPal needs to refuse payment to that account. Currently I'm trying to research and find DINH HOANG HIEP to give him a piece of my mind, seeing as the phone numbers and emails on the websites are fake.
I'm lucky I have a good relationship with my bank and they refunded the charges without me having to mess with PayPal or this scam artist POS.

Edit: I just reported jerseyeasy aka DINH HOANG HIEP to the fbi's internet crime division using the IC3 form. I suggest y'all do the same
