A rewarding journey into myself through meditation
Fantastic retreat. World class meditation teachings, great food and the nature is magnificant.
After having tried to meditate for more than 5 years, I finally understood why all my previous attemps were merely "pre-meditation" as Jesper describes it. I finally understood how to meditate deeply and get in contact with my innermost being, my soul. "To become meditated" as Jesper describes it.
This retreat was not just meditation training, but rather a deep journey into my innermost self. It was high-class personal-development, and brought me a step further becoming more complete, more present and more authentic!
