The assistant went the extra mile in identifying suitable cameras for myself and my wife. One wasn't in stock at the shop and expected that I would have to order it online but when she found out they could do it for us the process was completed. The courier company confirmed they had been instructed almost by return. Great service.

The Staff at Jessops are amzing , experts, very friendly, and helpful. Young Jack at the Sauchihall st Jessops branch is fantastic 👌. He has always helped me out and gave me the best advice and directed towards the correct equipment at the best price .

Your website lied when it indicated the camera kit I wanted was in store. I had to buy from your web site. A member of the shop staff gave me a demonstration of the camera. DPD's email said 9/2 but delivered 7/2. Well, that was a surprise!

The staff were all so helpful with helping to solve the issue. I very rarely write reviews, but the customer service at the shop merits mentioning.

Excellent from start to finish. I had camera gear that I wanted to exchange for a new camera. I got various quotes from other businesses but Jessops's quote was by far the best. I turned up to their shop, and in 30minutes I had my quote presented to me. Unlike other businesses who wanted my equipment sent to them by post for an evaluation. The team at the shop was very knowladgable and very friendly. I came out of the shop with a happy experience.

The individual helping me was outstanding. My daughter is in University in a film program and even though I have bought plenty of film and digital cam eras the technology continues to change and so do the brands. Thank you for having such knowledgeable staff!

The guys in the Glasgow store are lovely and always helpful. They are very patient and answer all questions thoroughly!

I've been having issues uploading photos from my phone to online sites to create a photo calendar. I went into Jessops in Sauchiehall St, and was met by a lovely, welcoming team. I explained my issues and Lewis kindly helped me, and stayed with me the whole time to ensure my calendar was completed to my satisfaction (even asking me about boarders, styles, not something I would have considered). I would definitely recommend this store and staff

Apologies cant remember the lady's name who assisted me with my camera purchase. She gave me so much info about the camera and showed me how capable the model was. Gave lots of recommendations. Further assisted me with payment options. She has gone above and beyond I would say, smiling throughout the process. TO ADD I really love the camera and lens as she advised!

Staff members were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to listen to what I wanted in a camera. They also ensured I tried the camera and lenses out before buying.
