On arrival at Palma
On arrival at Palma, the doors were not opened without a delay, then the baggage was not delivered without a further delay. The taxi for the 9 of us including 3 children was booked and allowed 1 hour from touchdown for us to meet them. We were 1 hour and 8 minutes after touchdown so the taxi went to there next call. as a result we incurred the cost of a further taxi, circa @ £130 so an increased, avoidable cost.

very slick check in with the jet2 army on hand, flight crew very fiendly and the bike boxes weren't ages after the last suitcase on the belt which was a first. Cracking!
Cannot book your seat you won't know more
I cannot book reject two no more I've been working with them first quite a few years now and I always pay to upgrade my seats I go for the aisle because cos when I need to go I need to go and my partner is a bit big so it is not like the middle aisle so we always have annial and a window and we always go for the extra leg room so yes we pay quite a few pounds extra for the seat but now I can't book with them no more as you cannot pick your own seats you want so why pay for friends I've tried several times to book a holiday and also keep saying is I've got to have two seats together though I am paying extra money for them

Delayed 2 hours going out because baggage loading machine not working and sat on plane at Palma for 3 hours with two under 5’s due to faulty plane door and when arriving at Manchester it took one and half hours for case to arrive on carousel terrible experience which had cost me over 4 thousand pounds. I fly with jet two a lot and would like some compensation

Overall very good but on return to East Midlands the time to get through passport control was totally unacceptable.Five aircraft arrived at virtually the same time on Saturday afternoon and we were herded in what I can only describe as a huge shed.It was very hot and without any cooling or Air conditioning it was suffocating.Our party of 6 including two children were extremely uncomfortable and despite using the children and family lines we waited almost one hour.When we reached the kiosk area not all of them were open. Why were so many booths unattended when 5 planes have landed within minutes if each other.Apart from this the flights were without fault.Never flown with you before I frequently use BA and fly at least 8 times a year
I chose your airline as it was a family holiday and it is the nearest airport to us.However the price charged for a school holiday flight the cost was almost £4000 As i did not want to disappoint my family i paid up. You should hang your head in shame.More fool me

Easy booking firstly very informative. Secondly check in no problems. Thirdly the flight. Although delayed for two and a half hours due to medical emergency on the plane before take off we were kept informed by the pilot so wasnt left wondering what was happening. Flight attendants as always cheerful and helpful full marks to them. I do travel regularly with you.

Booking the flights was easy online, plenty of friendly and helpful staff to help at the self check-in luggage stations, flights were on time both ways. The only problem I experienced was doing the online check-in for our group a month before we flew. There seemed to be a glitch in the system and wouldn’t let me check a couple of the group in. I persevered, and eventually it did let me complete the check-in for everyone, but it took a couple of hours of frustration. However, overall I was impressed with the service provided by Jet2.
Late flights
Both flights were late taking off. Our seats were changed from our original booking.

GREAT CABIN CREW
I felt unwell on my return flight and was very well looked after by cabin crew. I fainted and lost consciousness and the cabin crew acted quickly and efficiently. My husband has vascular dementia and they were also very considerate and respectful towards him while I was being attended to.

The online flight booking process was straightforward and intuitive with helpful signposts. At checking-in at both Gatwick and Palma airports the staff were friendly and efficient which made our overall experience that much more pleasant.
