Smooth check in. Flight on time staff and service excellent. Booking prices and communication excellent.
Early on line check in and twilight bag drop
The on line check in one month early is great. The twilight bag drop for early flights is great. The communications about any problems is very good.
There has been issues with no hot water on board so no hot drinks which is not so good.
There was a delay on the return flight, issues with the plane, but the pilot kept us informed, which made it less annoying.

Efficiency, flight on time . Lovely staff . I travel to faro approximately 6 times a year so I will always choose the cheapest option. unfortunately jet 2 is not always cheaper so therefore my other options are Ryanair who as a company is appalling and EasyJet are becoming much the same . Looking at every way they can squeeze more money from you .

I’ve Always had a decent experience with Jet2, nothing with them a number of times and fortunately have not had any bad experiences and we are going to Croatia in two weeks time so fingers crossed it remains the same

Alicant to Newcastle Flight
Following our arrival at Alicante Airport we were directed to our departure gate and following a short delay boarded our flight to Newcastle. Although we departed late, our flight was trouble free and we arrived on time. No issues experienced, in flight service was good.

From booking our flight on line jet 2 always delivers excellent service. The staff at the airport are very helpful, we usually use the twilight check in when we have a early morning flight makes it so easy just to go straight to security.
Overall a very good travel experience
Overall a very good travel experience. There were some delays which need to be sorted, which is why 4 stars. There was some communication breakdown in the Verona Airport and many people didn't know where they were supposed to go. This was a JET2 problem not the new system and needs to be resolved.
