Still waiting, over 2 weeks later, for a response and at the very least, a refund of the excursion we booked on holiday that never turned up. No response to my complaint and when I ring I just get told that the advisors don't deal with complaints

We have always had great service from Jet2, but were very disappointed on our flight out from Bristol to Faro on 16th May this time when multiple groups were served additional alcohol after the refreshments trolley had already passed through. These groups were already very drunk when boarding and legless by the time they got off at 9am with some of them vomiting and leaving rubbish and mess on the floor of the plane as they got off. They were then also very noisy and obnoxious when passing through Portuguese customs. I'm all for people letting their hair down and having fun but this was out of control. There were families with young children on the flight and the air stewards were battling to get the drunk people to sit down and buckle up when landing. Please rethink your drink policy on board, especially on flights that are taking off at 6.10 in the morning.

Good airline but flight was delayed from Newcastle which wasn't to bad got a message saying they might not have enough sandwiches on board so we brought our own just incase.The return flight ran out of duty free.

Absolutely outstanding as always - the staff throughout were exceptional. It took us 20 mins to get from our car, baggage drop and security with 2 under 10s. Brilliant!
