When searching for a flight they recommend a company that use bait and switch. You apply and engage for a flight announce at 841$ and they told you that there is no more tickets available, only the one at 1352$. You cannot cancel unless you have to pay 150$. In my case, the company that suggest Jetcost are Click2book.ca and BestFareDeal. JetCost don't filter those companies. I am not telling that JetCost is a bad search engine. They only collect all the information on the web, and unfortunately they collect bad company. When the price is low, they put it in a window that is call Recommendation. Be aware.

**Rip-off alert:** The agencies behind Jetcost are deceptive. They change the price, airline, and flight time after you book. Hidden fees are everywhere. They claim you can cancel your reservation—but offer no reimbursement. These so-called “flight experts” are anything but.

At first glance, the vendors seem willing to help you, but in reality they mislead customers through fraudulent practices. On their website, they capture your payment information, then call you claiming that the airline rejected part of the itinerary or that the price has suddenly changed. I never authorized them to process the transaction—especially since the caller had a heavy Indian accent, claimed to be located in Texas, yet my phone identified the call as coming from a completely different location. Despite my refusal, they went ahead and charged my card, and for a much higher amount than originally offered. To make matters worse, they never even issued the tickets.

Don't do it, they offer a price online once you pay they won't give you th tickets unless you pay extra. Scam

I booked a flight through this company Jetcost who was advertising for Hoildaybreakz at a low price as advertised. Shortly after, I received an email claiming the flights were "no longer available" and was told I needed to pay 2.5 times more to keep my reservation. They also said my original payment was non-refundable.

When I refused to pay the extra amount, they threatened to charge my card anyway if I cancelled, meaning I’d lose my money and still not get a flight. While still on the call with their representative, I contacted my credit card provider and explained the situation. Thankfully, Visa cancelled my card immediately and flagged the transaction as a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs. The entire process felt like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to trap customers into paying more or losing their money.

They are a total scam site which took all my personal information and credit card information. Then when redirected to third party was told that there is no such price as what was advertised.
And what was originally $1300 was actually $4000.. don't waste your time or energy on this company. What you see is not what you get.

A booking was made and payment taken, confirmation received by email. The next day I was telephoned by the company to say that the price had mysteriously risen by £32 per ticket (I had booked four tickets), as the prices quoted were no longer available. A quick look at their website confirmed that they were still advertising the flights for the original price. I have reported this company to Trading Standards.

Bad service,i make my reservation and one minute after they tell call me to inform me that my booking is block and i need to pay more for an another one.

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service. I called asking about a flight that I saw online and because I said i didnt like that one he hung up on me. You need to train your staff in customer service. Clearly a scam

These are big scammers!!! Be careful!!! In the morning I bought two tickets from them from Seattle to Istanbul at a good price of 627 plus I bought insurance for 107. (total 1361$) At first my bank did not let the payment go through and they sent me the tickets and asked to give permission for the transaction which I did. After 5 hours an email comes through that I have to pay 1200 extra because there is no discount anymore!!! I then cancel these tickets and they took $300 for the cancellation!!!! This is 2 hours after I made the order online!!! But even better they took $1361 again and then I had to go to my bank to stop this arbitrariness!!! Please be careful!!!! Tomorrow I will contact the police!!!!

I've had two negative experiences with this company, and I can't recommend them. During my most recent booking, I was told I had purchased a “standby” fare—something that was never clearly stated, or I obviously wouldn’t have booked it. To make matters worse, I received a call from an agent offering another flight for an additional fee, but I could barely understand him due to the language barrier. And, I received an email before the call stating I could cancel - he just clearly doesn't understand the policies. Very frustrating overall.

I booked a flight through one of the Jetcosts Travel Agencies, Flightoworld.uk, which I found on Jetcost. After booking, I got a call from someone claiming I had to pay an extra £1,000 for baggage, even though the booking showed it was included. The caller was rude and unprofessional, and when I called back, the same person answered. I recorded the call, which contradicted their own terms around baggage and cancellation.

It became clear this was a scam. Their site stopped working properly, and I found many similar complaints. The company is newly registered with little transparency.

I’m now disputing the charge with my bank, but the bigger issue is that Jetcost is listing shady, unverified agencies like this. They need to take responsibility for who they feature on their platform. Customers shouldn’t be exposed to scams because of poor vetting.

Avoid Flightoworld.uk and be cautious using Jetcost until they improve their standards.

I want to share my worst experience of buying airline tickets through a website.

We needed to fly from Toronto to Chicago and I went to the Jetcost website and I found a good price and we booked three tickets and got a travel document

I was surprised when after an hour I got a this message

I called them and said why are they deceiving people?

They came up with many reasons.

I ask them to return my money, but they did not want to return it and we had about 30 minutes of conversation and nerves,which I spent on them.

I am surprised how this is and nothing can be done against this deception of customers.

Steer clear. The prices on this comparison site are never the prices you pay. It's what I'd call a scam. Better going through the likes of Skyscanner... It's annoying as it wastes so much time and effort.

So I made a mistake in only writing my first initial on the booking. They now want to charge me $175.00 for a name correction and they are refusing to release my booking to the airline

They are not a real company. I tried to book flights for my son and his girlfriend, I came across this site and it looked great at first. For comparison, I searched a few well known sites (Expedia, Booking.com) and found the prices to be $300 more. No brainer, I'll use Jetcost. Put in all the traveller's info, paid and got a notice that the fare had changed and it was now $657 US$ each passenger. The guy tried to get me to book telling me it was still a great deal. No thanks. Told him my credit card better not have been charged. He assured me it wasn't but I still checked my credit card statement for 6 months.
