Avoid

Avoid! Whilst I had good tenancy, and found Vikki the lettings manager to always be helpful and professional, you won't get your full deposit back, and your queries won't be answered.
I had believed this to be a reputable lettings agency, and really can't complain about Vikki, but the way the company in general handles matters is open to question.
Contacting Stewart Matheson, the director, didn't elicit a response. It's quite clear the company wants your money now, and isn't interested in anything after that.
