Good workmanship but poor communication
I had a ring made for my 40th birthday but I was very disappointed about the poor communication about the progress. Denise was aiming to get it done for my birthday which was 4 weeks away but I had to phone after the date for a progress report. My husband had also tried to phone but she never returned his call. Unforeseen circumstances and a bereavement were blamed which is perfectly understandable but I wasn't told. 2 1/2 weeks later by txt I was told it was ready and when I collected it wasn't even herself who gave it to me. I asked if there was any gold left but she is still to get back to me about this! Won't use again or recommend to friends. It's a shame because the ring is lovely though.
