Great return service. I was helped by a nice and polite customer care person. I asked them to inform Riverty of my return so I would not longer be billed for the items. The customer care person (Johan) said he would take care of it right away for me, and he did. Within an hour I got news from Riverty that the invoice was deleted from my account. Great service, thank you!

JHP Fashon are selling expencive but low quality products if you want a better quality and answer on you issues on time don't buy from here!
I did onece and i regret dearly.
Instead of fixing the problem they told me not to buy from there.
Of course i won't but it's too late as i spend a lot of money for misleading me whit the quality they ''offer''

They showed me great service. I didnt received my order so they give me the option to get my money back or to re order for free. Good and fair service.

I order something, try to call them on 5 different phone numbers. One Phone number will be answered with only music. 3 other numbers doesnt exist. And the last nu ber the will pickup and when u tell ur name they just close the call.

I have ordered something like 2 weeks ago , the product didn’t approved my expectations so I returned it back . Till now I didn’t get my money back , I am calling like thousands times the customer service and nobody is picking up .
In one of the days finally one lady is picking up , and in the next second she hang up the phone in my face . I am calling again and again and nobody is picking up . I can not believe that this kind of things can happen in such a company .
Rude and unprofessional customer service .
Nobody should ever order from this shop .
