Jiffy Airport Parking - Seattle Reviews 

This was the easiest drop off and pick up experience ever! As soon as we pulled into the lot, they followed us to our car and took us straight to the airport! When we returned, I sent a simple text message and they were there within 15 minutes to pick us up and took us right back to our car again! Definitely will use Jiffy again

Super efficient and easy. Our plane was late returning from overseas and the 10 pm driver was great, taking us right to our car & not charging extra. Best of the near-airport services I've used (4 others with poor policies, or farther away or slooowwww). Love Jiffy!

Quick and easy. Pulled in the lot, was directed where to park and jumped on the shuttle. Coming back was quick and easy as well. Jumped on the shuttle and was dropped off right at my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

As always. The shuttle was quick both to the airport and back to the lot. The driver As Always was pleasant and responsive.
FYI to the company. It would be helpful to the driver if he had a red flashlight to attract attention in the dark to where the shuttle is waiting near available parking. The shuttle driver whistled loudly to attract attention of incoming drivers, But a flashlight Like airport ground employees use when directing aircraft taxiing to particular gate would be more efficient for the shuttle driver.

Easy online booking. Shuttle picks you up at your car when you park and drops you off at your car when you return.

The good and the bad......too much bad.
The good - When I arrived (10-18), the driver helped me find a parking spot in a very crowded parking lot. He is nice, informative and engaging.
The bad - on my return (10-26) it was raining a bit, the driver just dropped us all off at the entrance and we all had to walk to our vehicles. If the weather would have been worse, I would have been even more unhappy. As I left the person in the both never looked at me or even asked if I needed help, no engagement what so ever. Neither person were friendly, helpful or even seem to care about the customer. It seems that if you would like people to return you should treat them with respect, kindness and gratitude....like the first driver did.

We have been using Jiffy for years. Easy to sign up online. Wonderful staff, quick pick up at car and at the airport on the return trip.

Pickup was very fast. Only glitch was the driver wrote a p instead of a d on my parking spot (on the card he gave me)

Immediate pick-up after parking. Had to wait a little longer than desirable to be picked up for the return. Service was courteous.

I would of liked more help getting my bags on when getting in the shuttle coming home and getting off the shuttle at my car. I needed extra help cause i am disabled with a cane. It was great when I was departing but not as good when I was coming home to get my car. Sense of urgency on that part for all drivers.
