Wish I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from here. Another brand that will reply to an influencers Instagram post but won’t reply to any real customers. My return was delivered back to them on the 13th April, submitted multiple forms, no refund and no response. Do yourself a favour and order from a reputable company!

Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid! Twice I ordered a dressing gown and twice, a week after ordering, they tell me it’s not in stock. Most unprofessional company ever. Don’t waste your time and money on them!

Purchased a dressing gown for my…

Purchased a dressing gown for my daughter for Christmas. It was the neutral dressing gown. Within an hour she developed a terrible rash on her upper body and had a tight chest. I put it down to something she had eaten so gave her some antihistamines but the following day after wearing it again the same thing happened. So washed it but still the same angry red rash and tightness in her chest. I emailed on 28th December . They replied on 7th January asking for photo’s which I replied to and as of today 23rd January, which is just over 2 weeks I still haven’t had a response. Very disappointing customer service! Will not purchase ann again !

Faulty item and no customer service response

Will not answer any customer service questions or respond to emails, I tried to contact via email and Instagram over 2 weeks. The £45 Dressing gown arrived with out the robe belt, all I wanted was them to send one out but they ignored all my messages. I tried to return but the courier service link on their website which wouldn't work, I had no response from the DHL email provided on the retuns link and also the DHL phone number provided is not in use. Also noted on the returns policy they only do store credit on return. Stuck with a dressing gown with no robe belt that I can't seem to retun. Another scam brand who just takes money and doesn't provide any customer service.
