I never got my package and this shop promised to handle it for 6 months until telling me to pay for it. Very pathetic customer support and they made sure I will never order from them again.

Pricing is mostly good and fast free shipping is great.
Been buying stuff from them for 8 years now and haven't had a single bad experience, all 3 warranty returns and 1 customer return have worked pretty much as well as they could have.
Products get shipped really fast, usually within the next morning, if I had to put in one complaint, it would be that the shipping times during busy times like before christmas have been pretty slow a few times, that is somewhat understandable though.
Simply the best customer service I have received, with fast response times and 24/7 chat support, they have even gone beyond what I could have expected a few times.
They even send a bit of candy with the orders.

Zero complaints so far.

I ordered an item that was out of stock, but still, the delay was reasonable and the estimated delivery date on point. Not all companies can say the same. Definitely will use again in the future.

I am really impressed with the team's amazing, supportive, and timely approach to customer queries. I ordered a RAM, and I got it so fast. I received proper and enthusiastic guidance on my purchase from a colleague via telephone call. Then I found a defect in RAM and reported it to Jimm's via telephone call. That call is also being answered by a colleague enthusiastically. Then I proceeded to an RMA application, and the return application was finalised in a very speedy manner. As well, I received the replacement quickly, and it is working properly. The team did not ask me any annoying questions regarding the defect or never tried to lay the responsibility on me. They have sent me a bag of gummy bears too. Thank you, Team @Jimm's.

Free shipping in Finland.. makes it great to order small stuff, great that they also seem to have fixed delivering delays they had a few years ago.. good customer support, shop UI interface.. and so on.. Rarely you wan't to search for a company because you want to give it a good review, lol.

Just received a keychron keyboard yesterday, the communication was great. I had some trouble at first but they handle it pretty quickly. Truly proved their professionalism. Would definitely buy more from them.
