Its been almost 2 years(may3) since i ate jimmy johns. At that time i picked up 3 #11 ( i still have the receipt) I picked up 3 to save me trips . When i got home i ate 1 of the sandwiches, about 3 hours later i had to use the washroom (#1) and tried to get off the couch. It was like i was partially paralyzed and fell off the couch on to the floor. I struggled to get to the washroom by squirming on the floor. I didnt make it. I laid on the floor for another hour before i could get up.The next day , thinking it couldnt have been the sandwich....i ate sandwich #2. The same thing happened. Ive had subs at other places since then and no problem.Im afraid to eat jimmy johns. I didnt say this earlier bcause its embarassing.

I have one near my college campus, whenever I come back late from the library, this is the only thing open near campus, I dont like cold cuts, but I can always toss it in my oven when im home

Ordered two Spicy Italian giant sandwiches. Neither had hot peppers or anything resembling spicy!

A huge disappointment!

I love their sandwiches, and the down town location in Tulsa, OK has always been good. Unfortunately I have quit buying from them because of the ever fluctuating delivery fee. It used to be a set fee, now if I add a chip or pickle I can watch the delivery fee jump almost 2 dollars... which is ridiculous! I won't order from them anymore. Your loss JJ

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant. The food is always fresh and made quickly. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Waited behind store for 30 minutes and online tracking never showed ready for pickuo. Finally went thru drive thru and order was waiting for me. Two sandwiches were $14.00 each and had little ingredients on them. Won't be back. Waste of money.
Have saved puctures but attachment only allows current pictures taken.
After an hour and 45 minutes, tracking still does not show ready for pickup.
What a disappointment!!

Slow service

Charged my CC but never delivered my sandwich.

Would not refund money after several calls.

Stay away especially at the Morgantown WV locations.

You guys the “manager’s” are a JOKE!!! Like how are you going to lie before the person gets the job like as if I can’t add and subtract….. I know they need people and this will forever go on with this company if they do not fix the pay rate … now to start my friend works there so I was like heck yea this job might suck but hey my friend is here ….. this manager (guy) in formed me that the drivers get anywhere from 1200-1500 !!!!! AT 9 AN HOUR !!!! With 40 hours ….. I would do the math here but I’ll just post the texts that were passed between us !!!!!! I don’t get it how is the pay that good and you don’t have people ….. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️!!! Like SIR can my name be in the computer before you start lying to me SUCH A SHAME !!!!

I like JJs and will order again. However I find it offensive that you charge $2.99 for delivery and then add it to the total along with tax before you calculate tip. Doubling up on tip for an added fee and tax is ridiculous. I adjusted my tip down to what it should be calculated on.

Never had a problem with any order but the rewards program sucks

My daughter placed an order for me - they didn't get the oder right - daughter called to report the situation & they were short, abrupt, wouldn't accept the responsibility, AND said they were short staffed & busy & didn't have time to talk - - on top of that, I was there 20 to 25 minutes prior to the call and there was one person at a table & one person waiting AND I actually said to myself that I couldn't believe that they had 7 or 8 people working behind the counter - - very disappointed in JJ -

I made the above online order and the two cookies were omitted from the order which I did not discover until I got home.

The store is located 7.2 miles from my house is a 15 minute drive so I did not return that day.

On the 8th day of June I was in the area so I thought that I would swing by and get my cookies.

I was asked to provide a receipt at first which I did by handing the clerk my phone.

After about a five minute wait, the clerk came back to the drive thru window and said"I apologize for the inconvenience but since it has been a few days and you did not come back sooner, we cannot give you your cookies."

I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at the window CAME outside and approached my truck in a threatening manner.

That is when another guy came to the window and told the other guy to come back inside.

I did not get my cookies.

It was the most bizarre insane thing I have ever seen.

Where's the meat!!!! Worst ever. Total waste of money

How about 40 minutes for freaky fast delivery. When I called the store which is literally .1 miles away they said my order was 2nd on the list to be delivered. When I asked if forty minutes qualified for freaky fast delivery the "in-shopper?" said he couldn't answer that. Not the first time this particular location has been pathetic - #4053 On Rural/Baseline in Tempe. Never again

We ordered Jimmy John's about 3 nights ago in magna utah and I had a severe allergic reaction after eating part of the sandwich. My husband called to ask questions about the sandwich but they were vague and said that it couldn't have been their sandwich but that was the only thing that I ate. I will never eat there again nor will I recommend it to anyone ever.

I was an employee of JJ’s for about 4 years and worked for two different franchises in that time. In the later half of my career I was raped outside of work by a manager. Where was the redirection? Because the following year I was harassed routinely about my ass and management permitted such BS for they were too busy touching employees inappropriately. Is there any training on this? I was then assualted in the middle of the workplace by a manager. After the GM reached out to Human Resources, the representative came to me and requested my account of events. I was subsequently terminated by the company for reasons still unclear as if they are fraudulent, wrongful. Am I supposed to believe that good business practice is firing the victim for seeking redress for groping their body? I am vindicated in saying this employer negligence facilitates a culture of unchecked sexual misconduct. The performance by the powers that be is a heinous disservice to all victims past, present, and unfortunately in the future. I have been threatened with police force if I am seen near the store. Everybody involved with the matter has ceased contact with me. Being my entire social group and support network. Gone. This is not remediation. This is not resolution. This is not excusable.

I frequent JJ in my hometown frequently and was extremely disappointed by the quality of food here. My husband and I trashed all our food after taking a few bites and went somewhere else for lunch. Terrible!

I ordered 2 sandwiches 32 minutes later they called me back and told me they ran out of bread but one sandwich was done. So i comprised agreeing to take the wheat bread then it was another 20 minutes food finally arrived.. with tip I paid 25 bucks and some change for 2 cold cut sandwiches didn't get the bacon i requested for my sandwich. So I called to voice my opinion on the service and the manager told me,
I'm sorry to hear about that mamn!!!
Seriously, well so am I bcuz I won't ever be spending my money there ever again!!! This was in woodriver Illinois btw..

I GUESS THE SADWICH ARTISTS CAN NOT CUT THE SANDWICHES IN HALF!!!! NO MATTER THAT IT IS ON THE ORDER AND ON THE RECEIPT. THREE TRYS FOR A QUARTER, STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT!!! NO MORE FOR ME!!! MY CO WORKER ORDER FOR TUNA FISH SANDWICH IT HAD SO MANY ONIONS AND LITTLE TUNS FISH SHE COULDN'T EAT THE SANDWICH. SHES DONE WITH THIS STORE ALSO!!
